Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein, liegt nordseitig und ist sehr hell mit Holzboden. Die Sonne scheint nicht direkt ins Zimmer - dadurch wird es nicht ganz so heiß. Das Zimmer ist straßenseitig, aber die Fenster sind recht dicht. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juli frei und die Mietdauer ist flexibel.
Alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar und es gibt ein kleines Kabinett, das als Gemeinschafts- und Aufenthaltsraum dient.
Es gibt eine kleine, aber gut eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd, Ofen und Geschirrspüler, ein Badezimmer (mit Wanne und Klo), einen Vorraum mit Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank, einen schmalen Gang, der alle Zimmer verbindet sowie ein Kellerabteil. Der Hinterhof ist schön begrünt und man kann sich dort aufhalten. Es gibt dort auch ein Gehege mit drei Hühnern, die den Nachbarn gehören. Die sich auch um den Hof kümmern.
Die Wohnung ist in der zweiten Etage, es gibt aber einen frei nutzbaren Aufzug.
The rooms will be unfurnitured, is bright and has a wooden floor. The windows are directed to the north and to the side of the street. The room is free in juli and the rent duration is flexible.
Every room is seperate. There is a small guest-room between two rooms and the third one is on the opposite side. There is a small kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub and toilet), an ante-chamber with washing machine and a big refrigerator, a hallway that connects all the rooms and there is a small storage in the cellar. There is an accessable backyard with some green and three chicken (from the neighbours).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator that can be used without any key.
Sehr gute Verbindung: der Eingang zur U3 (Schweglergasse) ist direkt neben dem Hauseingang. Unmittelbar davor ist auch eine Bushaltestelle (12A) und 2 min. sind es zur Straßenbahn (9 und 49).
Es gibt alle möglichen Läden in der Nähe (Billa, Spar, Internationaler Supermarkt mit asiatischem Essen, Lidl, Hofer, Penny, DM, BIPA, Kramläden). Paar Minuten zu Fuß ist der Meiselmarkt, dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Baumarkt. Es gibt auch nette Cafés in der Nähe. Es gibt einen kleinen Park in der Nähe und die Parallelstraße (Goldschlaggasse) ist recht ruhig und gut zum Joggen geeignet. Schönbrunn ist auch nicht weit weg.
The location is well connected with public transport: U3, bus and train is close by. There are a lot of supermarkets around, from cheap to expensive to exotic. About 10 mins on foot to Meiselmarkt - there's also a small hardware store. There are also nice cafés in the vicinity, a park and there is a calm parallel-street which is good for jogging. The Schönbrunn Park isn't far away either.
Mein Name ist Franz (37). Ich habe Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie und Sinologie studiert, davor war ich auf einer Schule für Kunst- und Graphikdesign. Zur Zeit arbeite ich Teilzeit bei Lieferando. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und ein wenig Chinesisch. Ich interessiere mich sehr für Politik, Illustration und Kultur und spiele auch gerne Videospiele.
Ich bin grundsätzlich ein sehr ruhiger und zurückhaltender Mensch, aber ich verbringe auch gerne Zeit mit Freunden. Ich bevorzuge es nicht in einer reinen Zweck-WG zu sein und schätze es mit meinen MitbewohnerInnen zu plaudern, zu kochen und evtl. auch mal was zu unternehmen - es ist aber auch ok, wenn es nicht so ist. Rückzug ist durch den Aufbau der Wohnung sehr leicht. Man muss sich nicht sehen, wenn man keine Lust hat. Besuch kann man gerne einladen und es gibt im kleinen Kabinett auch eine Schlafmöglichkeit für Gäste bzw einen Gast. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und umgänglich.
My name is Franz (37). I studied Cultural and Social Anthropology and Chinese Studies, beforehand I went to a school with a focus on art and graphic design. Currently I'm working part-time at Lieferando. I speak german, english and a bit chinese. I'm very interested in politics, illustration and culture. I also like playing video games. I'm a calm person but I'd prefer to spend time with my room-mates talking, cooking or venture out once in a while, but if you prefer to be left alone that's ok as well.
