Hallo, ich heiße Sanja und ich bin 27 Jahre alt. Da meine Mitbewohnerin ins Ausland geht bin ich auf der Suche nach einer*m lieben Mitbewohner*in für den Zeitraum zwischen Juli-September in einer kleine zweier WG nahe der U4 Meidling Hauptstraße. Kürzere und Längere (bis zu einem Jahr) Zwischenmieten wären nach Absprache möglich.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 64m2 Wohnung im 1. Stock. Über den Zeitraum des Zusammenlebens lässt sich gern reden - wenn wir gut miteinander auskommen, können wir gerne verlängern. :-)
Erasmusstudent*innen sind ansonsten auch herzlich Willkommen!
Das freie Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, sehr hell durch 2 große Fenster und hat einen schönen alten Parkettboden. Es ist an sich schon vollständig möbliert, mit ausziehbarem Bett, einem Kasten und einem Schreibtisch.
Wer länger bleibt, kann Dinge austauschen und natürlich auch selber mitbringen.
Die Miete beträgt 480€ im Monat, inkl. Heizung, Strom und Gas (allg. Betriebskosten) sowie Internet.
Zur Wohnung selbst:
Es gibt eine kleine Küche, voll möbeliert, inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und einen Kasten, der gute Verstaumöglichkeit für Handtücher bietet. Ansonsten gibt es noch ein kleines, separates WC und einen Vorraum.
In der Wohnung sollte an sich nicht geraucht werden, es gibt allerdings einen Innenhof in dem es möglich ist.

Hello, my name is Sanja (27 y.o.) and I am looking for a temporary flat mate for the months of u y to September. Shorter as well as longer stays are possible if discussed. Erasmus students are welcome as well.
The room that is available is a very bright and lovely 20m2 room with beautiful and old wooden floors and two windows, already fully furnished, with a bed, a closet and a desk.
The monthly rent is 480€, including internet, energy, gas/heating and operating costs.
In the apartment is a small kitchen with a dining table, including a fridge, a stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom is shared with a shower and a sink, as well as a cupboard for the towels, the hair dryer and everything else.
The tiny toilet (used additionally as a shoe clauset) is separate from the bathroom.
The apartment is generally a non-smoking area, but there is are good options for smoking outside by the windows in the hallway of the building or the inner courtyard of the building.

Die Wohnung liegt im 15. Bezirk etwa 2 Gehminuten von der U4-Station Meidling Hauptstraße entfernt, von wo aus auch die Buslinien 9A, 10A, 15A und 63A weggehen.
Die Wohnung liegt echt super in unmittelbarer Gehweite von sehr vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Billa, Hofer, Penny, ein Bio-Laden, Bipa, eine Apotheke, Trafik, Bäckereien, sowie die größere Einkaufsstraße Meidling Hauptstraße mit allerlei Geschäften, aber auch der U4 Diskothek) und hat praktisch alles in der Nähe was mach braucht.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the 15th district, only two minutes away from the U4 subway station Meidling Hauptstraße (10 min. to Karlsplatz, 25 min. to University of Vienna) and there are several buses available as well. A lot of shopping facilities like Billa, Hofer, Penny, Bio-supermarket, Bipa, a pharmacy, a few bakerys as well as the shopping street Meidling Hauptstraße are available within 5 Minutes of walking.
Even the U4 Disco is right around the corner! So there is actually everything you need closeby (:

Hallo, ich bin Sanja, 26 Jahre alt und habe bis 2021 ein Studium auf Lehramt abgeschlossen und befinde mich zur Zeit seit September letzten Jahres in einer Schauspielausbildung, die auch den Großteil meines Tages in Anspruch nimmt (zumindest bis zum Sommer). Im Allgemeinen bin ich ein sehr herzlicher, toleranter und lebensfroher Mensch. Außerdem schätze ich direkte Ehrlichkeit bei Problemen sehr, weil ich finde, dass man sie so einfach am besten aus der Welt schafft 😊 Beim Zusammenwohnen wäre mir neben der Kommunikation zwischen uns vor allem die eigene Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig.
Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne in der Natur, in den Ferien beim Reisen und Campen, ansonsten aber beim Radfahren, Longboarden, schwimmen, wandern oder snowboarden. Ansonsten tanze und singe ich sehr gerne, koche am liebsten mit Freunden, fotografiere oder probiere gerne neue Sachen aus.

I'm Sanja, I am 26 years old and have studied to become a teacher until the summer of last year. As of now, I am currently in drama school since September and will probably spend most of my time there as it’s a full time program, but would love to hang out and talk or cook together in the evenings sometimes as well.
Generally speaking, I’d say I’m a very open minded, kind and positive person who appreciates directness and honesty when confronted with problems as it’s the easiest way to clarify things. Other than that I’d really love to find someone to live with that I could on one hand have a great time with but on the other hand is also a neat and tidy person as it takes away some stress for the both of us.
In my free time I really enjoy to be outside in nature, mostly to travel, bike, swim, longboard and camp in summers and to snowboard in winters. Other than that I like to dance and sing a lot, try new recipes with friends, read and photograph and basically try out new things.
