Ich suche ab Oktober einen Mitbewohner/in.
Die Miete beträgt 350€, dabei ist bereits alles inkludiert. Die Kaution sind 500€ (falls Beschädigungen auftreten sollten, als Absicherung ) Neben dem Zimmer sind natürlich alle anderen Räumlichkeiten mitzubenutzen. Wir haben eine Küche mit Essbereich, wo wir auch am Abend gerne sitzen, wenn Gäste vorbeikommen. Ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, das Klo ist separat. Und als Highlight: Der kleine Balkon, der von der Küche aus für alle begehbar ist und in denn ruhigen Innenhof geht. Dort findest du im Sommer viele Pflanzen und erste Versuche einige Kräuter, Tomaten etc. anzubauen.
Looking for a flatmate from October on.
The room is cosy and it has desk, chair and a bunk bed in it. It is located quite central and the walkway to U4 and U6 is olny about 5min and to the Westbahnhof it is only a10 min walk. The flat is 75m²big and has a balcony. Furhtermore there is a dishwasher and a washing maschine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The caution is maily to ensure that any damage on the floor or maschines would be paid.
You should be able to get up 3 floors since we don´t have a lift.
Die Lage ist super. 1 Minute von den Busstationen 12A und 57A, 5-7 Minuten zur U4/6 Längenfeldgasse, auch die U6 Westbahnhof ist nur ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Bipa, ...) sind direkt um die Ecke.
Very close to U4 Längenfeldgasse, U6 Gumendorferstraße and Westbahnhof U3 is also just just a 10 min walk.
The balcony is facing into the yard so it is quiet.
There are busstations as well just around the corner: 12A and 57A
Supermarkets are also just around the corner, and there is a famous and incredibly cheap pizzeria just in the next street.
I am currently writing my thesis so I'm quite occupied. In my free time i like to go out and i try to work out twice a week. If u're up for it we can cook together or makr a game night or so...
