Für ein Praktikum verschlägt es mich ab September für ein halbes Jahr nach Feldkirch. Deswegen suche ich einen lieben Menschen als Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer (01.09.2020 - 28.02.2021) in meiner wunderbaren WG. Das genaue Datum können wir uns noch ausmachen. Es wäre super, wenn du auch einen grünen Daumen hast und dich in der Zwischenzeit um meine Pflanzen kümmern kannst :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m² groß, hell und voll möbliert (siehe Fotos). Die Wohnung verfügt sonst noch über eine Küche (mit allem von Mixer bis Schokobrunnen :P), ein großes Badezimmer, eine seperate Toilette. Wir haben zwar kein Wohnzimmer, aber am Esstisch im Gang ist immer Platz fürs Zusammensitzen und Plaudern.
My internship is up ahead, that’s why I’m looking for a lovely person to fill up my room in my wonderful shared flat while I’m away (01.09.2020 – 28.02.2021). It would be great if you could also take care of my plants while I'm away :)
The room is 13m², bright and fully furbished (see pictures). The flat itself also has a kitchen (with everything you could need from a blender to a chocolate fountain :P), a large bathroom, a separate toilette and while we don’t have an actual living room, we do have a dinning table in the hallway perfect for sitting together and chatting.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Mit den U-Bahnstationen Längenfeldgasse und Gumpendorferstraße weniger als 500m entfernt, zwei Bussen und drei Nightlines (der N64 hält quasi vor der Tür) sind wir Tag und Nacht perfekt angebunden. In fünf Minuten Gehentfernung gibt es auch vier Supermärkte, sowie Lokale und Cafés.
The location is superb. With two subway stations (Längenfeldgasse and Gumpendorferstraße) within 500 meters, as well as two busses and three nightlines we are well connected day and night. Within a five minutes’ walk there are also four supermarkets, pubs and cafés.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Theresa und Eva. Beide sind lustig, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll; ich könnte mir keine Besseren vorstellen. Die Eva studiert soziale Arbeit an der FH Wien und kann wunderbare Cocktails mischen. Die Theresa macht ihren Master in Raumplanung an der TU und ist begeisterte Brotbäckerin. Es ist keine Zweck-WG, es wird gern geplaudert und hin und wieder auch zusammen etwas unternommen. Es gibt auch einen Putzplan.
The two other girls in the flat are Veronika and Eva, both are funny, kind and considerate (I couldn’t imagine better flatmates!). Eva is studying social work at the FH Wien and can make some mean cocktails, Theresa is doing a master in spatial planning at the TU Wien and is trying to grow her private jungle in her room. We are all great friends and while we’re not much of a party flat, we do look for someone who doesn’t entirely keep to themselves. We also have a cleaning plan.
Die Miete beträgt 295€ inklusive allem (Strom, Heizung, Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 350 Euro.
Wenn ich dich für mein Zimmer interessieren konnte, schreib mir eine Nachricht und erzähl' mir ein bisschen über dich und dann können wir uns eine Besichtigung ausmachen.
The rent is 295€ all-inclusive (heating, electricity, internet etc.). The deposit is 350€.
