Mit einem Fenster in einen Innenhof ist es schön, ruhig und hell.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im oberen Stock (2.OG) einer Maisonettewohnung. Im oberen Stock befinden sich neben diesem Zimmer noch ein weiteres Zimmer sowie Küche, Esszimmer und ein WC. Im unteren Stock sind 2 weitere Zimmer sowie ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Duschkabine, eine Sauna und ein weiteres WC.

On 7.3.2021 I am leaving a cozy 12m² in 15th district.
With a window to the inner courtyard it's pretty, calm and bright.
The room is located on the 2nd floor (2. OG) of a maisonette. On the upper floor there is another room, as well as the kitchen, common area, WC and entrance. Downstairs are another two rooms, bathroom with a big bathtub and a shower, sauna and a room with a wasching maschine, as well as another WC.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Preysinggasse im 15.Bezirk. Ums Eck befinden sich sowohl die U3-Station Schweglerstraße als auch die Straßenbahnlinie 49. Man ist damit in weniger als 10 Minuten bei der Mariahilferstraße sowie im 1.Bezirk.
In der nächsten Umgebung finden sich alle notwendigen Geschäfte wie Lidl, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa, Dm, Penny und auch eine Apotheke. Zu keinem der Geschäfte geht man länger als 5 Minuten, zum Einkaufen also ideal.
Ebenso kann die Gegend (nach dem Lockdown) einige nette Lokale anbieten, allen voran das Augustin!

The flat is located on Preysinggasse in the 15th district. Right next to it is the U3 station Schweglerstrasse, as well as tram 49 and bus 12 stop. Withing 3-minute walking distance there are many shops like Lidl, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa, Dm, Penny, as well as a pharmacy.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Emma, Sarah und Viktoria.
Emma kommt ursprünglich aus Italien und arbeitet zur Zeit in einer Schule. Sarah hat gerade ihr Germanistikstudium abgeschlossen und Viktoria studiert Musik.
Auf Grund unserer sehr unterschiedlichen Tagesabläufe sieht man sich mal mehr, mal weniger, ein netter Plausch in der Küche oder gemeinsames Essen und/oder das eine oder andere Fläschchen Wein sind aber immer dabei :)

Your flatmates will be Emma, Sarah and Viktoria.
Emma comes from Italy and works in an office of a school. Sarah just finished her germanistic studies and Viktoria studies music.
Because of different timetables, sometimes we see each other a lot and sometimes not that much. A sit down in the common area with a glass of wine or a cup of tea is always welcome :)
Besichtigungstermine werden ab sofort stattfinden, hauptsächlich Abends (nur per Zoom, wegen der aktuellen Pandemie).
Der Übergabetermin ist relativ flexibel, spätestens jedoch 1.5.2021.

Because of the current epidemiological situation, the visits are conducted only online, mostly in the evenings. The move-in time is pretty flexible, however not later than 1.5.2021.
