WG-Zimmer mit Balkon im neu gebauten Wohnhaus
Ab sofort wird ein WG-Zimmer in einer 3er WG mit Balkon, der von der Küche betreten werden kann, vermietet. Die Küche mit Geschirrspüler, die Sanitärräume (Bad und WC getrennt), der Parkettboden und die Fenster sind neu. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und liegt direkt am belebten Schwendermarkt ganz in der Nähe vom Westbahnhof.
Die Straßenbahnstationen 52 und 60 sind nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Die U3 Station Westbahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist durch zahlreiche Lokale und Restaurants und den neuen IKEA Bau stark aufgewertet.
Zum Spazieren und Sportln sind der Auerwelsbachpark und der Schloßpark Schönbrunn nur 2 Straßenbahnstationen entfernt.
Momentan wohnen in der 3er WG zwei Männer, beide sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und sehr ordentlich/sauber.
Beide sind berufstätig.
