Furnished Room in 3WG near Schönbrunn!

Flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift.

The house is located in a on-way side street:
- 2 mins (door to door) away from Schönbrunn U4 station;
- 1 min to bus 57A;
- 3.5 mins to 10A
all in all, you'll have pretty convenient connections to the city-center!

All the shopping can be done within walking distance (incl. pharmacy), and we have Hofer literally 30sec walk from the doorstep.

The area is very green - the parks of Schönbrunn and Auer von Welsbach (with huge Hundezone) are just around the corner.

Quick brainstorming about flat atmosphere, living together and ourselves..

- Some keywords:
environmental friendly, tolerance & respectfulness, open-minded, diy + upcycling+ recycling and minimalism vs. consumerism, quality over quantity, books over TV, mindfulness and presence, (cigarette) smoke free, regular cleaning, sharing is caring, international, travel loving, friendly, laid-back, no 'zweck WG'.

- Atmosphere:
The flat co-living generally carries itself in home-like atmosphere where all of us feel warmly welcomed, heard and seen. We are definitely not a party-hosting WG due to numerous reasons, of which main are: we do not have a big common area, we are working people, and the neighbours are typically pensioners or families.
That saying, we are of course up for having our (and your) friends over, but mostly for cosy hangouts like dinner parties or movie nights; or special occasions. Long story short, we are welcoming of company but do not want to beg for sleep in our own home :)

- Character:
We certainly do not need to have the same ideas, interests or hobbies, but we believe that being able to effectively communicate with genuine respect to each other goes a long way. There is also no need to become best friends, though we're happy to do things together occasionally (time permitting) and many activities are "open-invite".

- Our idea of clean:
Cleanliness and order in common areas are very important, so if you don't find cleaning kitchen or bathtub after using it self understandable, then we're definitely not a good match in terms of flat sharing :(
Apart from the "post-use" cleaning, we keep a rotating schedule for a proper, "deeper cleaning".

Who you will be staying with?

- Katarina:
I work full-time as an IT business analyst for RBI. In my free time I love to be doing different sports (gym, running, skateboarding, yoga, acroyoga), or fine art (drawing, painting, camera). I am currently discovering insight meditation, and I enjoy being present with people. I also love to travel, so it can happen that I disappear for few of weeks once in a while. Generally, I'm highly introverted but not at all shy and I will love to have a meaningful chat :)

- Annabel:
I'm Annabel, who comes from Taiwan and works as a business analyst. During free time, I love to meet friends and go hiking, or bouldering. Besides, I also enjoy time reading and doing my side projects. Love to have some small talks with future roommates for sure.

Rent:
The rent is all inclusive, so no extra or hidden expenses for internet, or electricity.
Each WG-Mitbewohner has its own contract with the landlord (the only reason why we are looking for new flatmate, is the courtesy of landlord, just so we can chose who we want to live with).
