Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Mit 10 m² ist es das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung, bietet aber dennoch ausreichend Platz um sich schön einzurichten und dauerhaft wohlzufühlen. Es bietet viel Ruhe und eine angenehme Atmosphäre um zu studieren, arbeiten oder entspannen. Dieses Fazit ziehe ich nach viereinhalb guten Jahren, in denen ich das Zimmer sehr gerne bewohnt habe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines größeren Neubaus im 15. Wiener Gemeindebezirk.
The room is bright and has a window facing a quiet inner courtyard. With its 10 m² it is the smallest room of the flat. Nevertheless it provides sufficient space and possibilites to furnish it comfortably and feel good on the long run. It offers a good atmosphere for studying, working and relaxing. I arrive at this conclusion after four and a half good years of living in the room. The apartment is on the first floor of a larger Neubau in the 15th district.
5 minutes walking distance to U3 Johnstrasse, Strassenbahn connection to Volkstheater and various buses (e.g. 10A)
Just around the corner from a quiet bike street (Goldschlagstrasse)

Neben Philipp, dessen Zimmer ab 15. November frei wird, wohnen derzeit Dima und Hanna in der WG.
Dima ist 32 und wohnt seit August 2022 in der WG. Er absolviert derzeit einen Deutschkurs und interessiert sich unter anderem für Filme und Sport.
Hanna ist 27 und im April 2023 in die WG gezogen. Sie studiert Medizin und interessiert sich für Kino, Lesen, Fotografie, Musik und vieles mehr.
Unser WG-Leben lässt sich als freundschaftlich, hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll beschreiben. Derzeit ist jede*r durch ihre/seine eigenen Projekte und Aktivitäten gut beschäftigt. Aber das schließt nicht aus, dass wir uns über alles mögliche austauschen und ab und zu gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.

Aside from Philipp, whose room is available from 15th of November onwards, Dima and Hanna are currently living in the flatshare.
Dima is 32 and has been living in the WG since August 2022. He is attending a German course at the moment and his interests include movies and sports.
Hanna is 27 and moved into the flatshare in April 2023. She studies medicine and is interested in cinema, reading, photography, music and many other things.
Our WG-life could be described as amicable, helpful and respectful. Currently everyone is quite busy with her/his own projects and activities. But this does not preclude that we exchange on a wide range of topics and spend some time together.
The room is available from 15th of November, but it is also possible to move in up to one month later.
Availability of indoor parking for the bike.
