Hi this is Annabel, a business analyst working in Vienna. As I am extending my stay in my hometown, I would like to find someone (preferbaly a girl and can take over the whole period), who might be interested in having a short-term residence (from 06.04.2022 to 26.04.2022) in our lovely WG.
The room is really spacious, which is 20 square meters with big sofa and bed. If you have any streaming account, you can enjoy great movie or series night! I can offer my gaming screen free to use if you need to do assignment or work from home like I do and a very comfortable gaming chair.
For sanity reason, please bring your quilts, sheets and pillows. These are the things which I can not offer.
If you have any other enquiry, feel free to discuss with me.
It would be really appreciated if you can help to water my plants once in one or two weeks. Let us keep green atmosphere and green fingers together :)
Flat is located in a side street 3 mins (door to door) away from Schönbrunn U4 station in 15th district.
1 minute to bus 57A, 3.5 minutes to 10A - you'll have very convenient connections to the citycenter! All the shopping can be done within walking distance, and we have Hofer literally 30sec walk from the doorstep.
It is also a very green area with the parks of Schönbrunn and Auer von Welsbach just around the corner :

In general:
environmental friendly, tolerance & respectfulness, open-minded, diy + upcycling+ recycling and minimalism vs. consumerism, quality over quantity, books over TV, (cigarette) smoke free, regular cleaning, sharing is caring, international, travel loving, friendly and laid-back atmosphere, but no 'zweck WG'.

I'm Katarina, I'm a masters student and I work part time. Even though I am studying business and work with big data, I have an artistic background in photography and design and so I still love to create and surround myself with other open-minded people. My hobbies include drawing and painting, photography and apart from never ending articles for uni I love to read books. I like to spend time outside especially running or skateboarding. I enjoy yoga and I'm currently getting into different kinds of mindful meditations. I love to travel and i'm a surfing enthusiast, trying skateboarding at the moment - as a substitute for the surf when I'm not by the ocean (it can also happen that i disappear once in a while for few weeks bc of this) haha
Elena:
She is a master student and loves music and dog a lot. As she moves in our WG since January, I do not have many descriptions from her but she is a really nice girl too.

I'm Annabel, who comes from Taiwan and works as a business analyst. During free time, I love to meet friends and go hiking. Besides, I also enjoy time reading and doing my side projects. I am going back to Taiwan from December 20th, 2021 until April 26th, 2022; that"s why I would like to rent out my room for this period.
We want to avoid crazy party atmosphere and enjoy coziness :) That saying, we're up for having people come over, have (dinner) parties occasionally, movies nights, cozy hangouts etc., but at the same time don't want to have to beg for peace when feel like sleeping, especially during the working week-days.
Cleanliness and order in common areas are very important, so if you don't find cleaning kitchen or bathtub after using it self understandable (apart from regular common cleaning), we're definitely not a good match in terms of flat sharing :(
It will be nice if you also take care of the WG together!
The rent 330 Euro is all inclusive (from 06.04.2022 to 26.04.2022), so no extra or hidden expenses for internet, electricity. I will ask for a 400 Euros deposit but will for sure return it once the room is checked and the key is returned. :)
There is no balcony in the flat, but we do have a garden available (we don't use it though) :D
At the moment during the Covid pandemic we are following the rules and test ourselves regularly and would like if you do the same.
Please tell me a little bit about you, when inquiring, what you like, what you do, what living with you would be like.
