Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/r Nachmieter:in für mein Zimmer im 15. Bezirk ab Oktober, weil ich selbst ins Ausland gehe. :)
Das Zimmer ist 10 Quadratmeter groß mit einem Fenster und schönem Ausblick auf die Kirche Maria vom Siege. Es ist voll möbliert (Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Regale, Schreibtisch, Sessel) und es wird keine Ablöse verlangt. Das heißt du kannst die Möbel einfach gratis übernehmen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 93 Quadratmeter und alles was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche, die normal ausgestattet ist (nur leider ohne Geschirrspüler). Das Badezimmer ist in 3 Räume aufgeteilt: Klo, Dusche und einen extra Raum mit Waschbecken - wodurch man sich in der Früh eigentlich nie in die Quere kommt, was bei 5 Leuten sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift, aber so bleibt man zumindest fit. ;) Die Miete beläuft sich auf 418€ warm (inkl. Internet) und die Kaution auf 700€.

I am looking for a person who will stay in my room in the 15th district from October on, since I am moving abroad. :)
The room is 10 square meters big and has one window with a beautiful view. It is fully furnished (bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, chair, shelves) without charge. So you don't have to bring your own furniture. The flat itself consists of a fully functioning kitchen (without dish washer), bathroom and the 5 private rooms. The bathroom is divided in 3 separated rooms - which makes it easier to coordinate in the morning. Overall you will be living on 93 square meters with 4 other people. The flat is on the 4th floor without lift but at least one stays fit. ;) Rent is 418€ (inlcuding gas, power, internet, etc.) and deposit is 700€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 15. Bezirk und ist öffentliche extrem gut angebunden. Die U6 Station Gumpendorferstraße ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort fährt nicht nur die U-Bahn, sondern auch der 57A oder die 6 bzw. 18 Straßenbahn. Auch die U4 Station Margaretengürtel ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Westbahnhof braucht man eine Station und nach Meidling drei, das heißt man ist auch sehr schnell an den nationalen und internationalen Zugverkehr angebunden.
Direkt in der Umgebung findet man alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Spar und DM sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt, aber innerhalb eines Radius von 500m findest du basically alles: Hofer, Billa, BIPA, Apotheke, Bäcker und auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Take-Away-Läden. Das Zentrum erreichst du in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus und die Gumpendorferstraße entlang gibt es wirklich zahlreiche gute Cafés, Bars oder auch Kinos. Also alles, was das Herz begehrt.

The flat is located in the 15th district and the public transport is super nice in this area. U6 Gumpendorferstraße is 3 minutes away. From this station you have U6 underground, 57A bus and 6 & 18 tram available. U4 Margaretengürtel is 5 minutes away. Train stations with international train services Westbahnhof and Meidling are nearby. So you can easily go outside Vienna and visit the rest of Austria or Europe.
You can find numerous supermarkets and drugstores in this area. Spar and DM are 2 minutes away, but you can basically reach anything within a 500m radius: Hofer, Billa, BIPA, pharmacies, bakeries or restaurants. You can reach the city center within 10min using a bus and alongside Gumpendorferstraße there are various cafés, bars or cinemas. So anything what you can wish for.
Es ist eine 5er WG, was auf den ersten Eindruck ein bisschen groß wirkt, aber es ist ein sehr angenehmes Zusammenleben. Wir sind alle entweder Studenten oder arbeiten, das heißt alle sind recht viel unterwegs. Es ist eine ziemlich internationale WG und wir sprechen meistens eher Englisch, aber es können grundsätzlich alle deutsch. Neben mir leben aktuell Emiliano (MEX), Nika (SVN) und Katie (UK) in der WG und mit dir wird wahrscheinlich auch noch eine weitere neue Person einziehen. Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr unkompliziert, wir räumen alle unseren Dreck weg und verhalten uns einfach respektvoll. Wir respektieren, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht, aber unternehmen auch gerne mal etwas gemeinsam (Kino, Dinner-Partys, etc.) und du bist herzlich eingeladen, zu diesem WG-Leben dazuzustoßen. :)

5 people living in a flat might seem a bit stressful, but it is actually super easy-going. People living here are either students or work which means that we are not home much. We are very international and speak English most of the time but all know German. At the moment Emiliano (MEX), Nika (SVN) and Katie (UK) are living in the flat and probably a new person is moving in same time as you. As already mentioned our life together is super easy-going, we all clean up after ourselves and show each other respect. We totally understand when someone needs time for themselves, but we also enjoy going out and spending time together (cinema, dinner parties, etc.) and you are very welcomed to be part of this life. :)
