Das Zimmer ist ein typisches Wiener-Altbau-Kabinett-Zimmer, 12qm und hohe Decken. Das Fenster ist zum gemütlichen Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Der Hinterhof wird von einer Nachbarin und uns immer Frühling und Sommer schön hergerichtet, was einen fehlenden Garten ein bisschen ersetzt. Aufjedenfall hat es eins im Kabinett Zimmer schön ruhig, da weg von der Straße.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich die Küche und ein weiteres (Durchgangs-)Zimmer.
Unser Wohnzimmer ist schön groß und gemütlich und ständig im Wandel.
Das Zimmer kann möbiliert, wie auf den Fotos, vermietet werden, wir können aber auch alles ausräumen, was nicht gebraucht wird und hätten auch noch einen großen Schrank übrig.

The room is a typical Viennese-old building-cabinet-room, 12sqm and high ceilings. The window faces the cosy backyard. The backyard is always beautifully prepared by a neighbour and us in spring and summer, which somewhat replaces a missing garden. In any case, one of the rooms in the cabinet is nice and quiet, as it is away from the street.
Next to the room is the kitchen and another (passage) room.
Our living room is nice and big and cosy and constantly changing.
The room can be rented furnished, as in the photos, but we can also clear out everything that is not needed and would also have a large cupboard left.
Im 15. Bezirk sind wir super angebunden. Die U3 Schweglerstraße und die 49er sowie die 9er Bim sind um die Ecke. Mit dem Rad braucht es auch nur einen großen Schwung und eins ist schon am Gürtel oder im 16. Bezirk. Und zu Fuß ist der Westbahnhof in einer guten viertel Stunde erreichbar.
Exil, Cafe Z und Cafe Kriemhild sind um die Ecke. Das Stadthallenbad ist nur die Straße runter und ein großer, belebter Platz ist auch um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nah und fern mehr als genug, die Straße hoch ist auch schon der Meiselmarkt, mit frischem Gemüse und allem drum und dran.

In the 15th district, we are very well connected. The U3 Schweglerstraße and the 49er as well as the 9er Bim are around the corner. By bike it only takes one big swing and you're already at the Gürtel or in the 16th district. And the Westbahnhof is a good quarter of an hour's walk away.
Exil, Cafe Z and Cafe Kriemhild are also around the corner. The Stadthallenbad is just down the street and a large, lively square is also around the corner. There are more than enough shopping opportunities near and far; up the street is the Meiselmarkt, with fresh vegetables and everything else you might need.
Wir sind Robert (35) und Matthias (29). Robert ist bei Tag Elementarpädagoge und lässt sich von seinen Kiddies bespaßen und bei Nacht ist er Musiker und spielt einige Konzerte in und um Wien, mit verschiedenen Bands.
Matthias arbeitet hin und wieder, ist zur Zeit aber hauptsächlich mit dem Abschluss des Architektur-Studiums beschäftigt und lässt sich auch sehr gern davon ablenken.
Wir legen ein recht undefiniertes WG-Leben an den Tag, führen unabhängig voneinander unsere unterschiedlichen Alltage und kommen aber immer gerne im Wohnzimmer oder in Küche zusammen.
Kommunikation und Rücksicht und ist uns ziemlich wichtig. Nur so können wir schauen, dass sich alle wohlfühlen.

We are Robert (35) and Matthias (29). Robert is an elementary school teacher by day and lets his kiddies entertain him, and by night he is a musician and plays a few concerts in and around Vienna with various bands.
Matthias works from time to time, but at the moment he is mainly busy finishing his architecture degree and likes to be distracted from that.
We lead a rather undefined flat-sharing life, independently of each other, but always like to get together in the living room or kitchen.
Communication and consideration are quite important to us. That's the only way we can make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Das Zimmer kann für kurze und für lange Zeit gemietet werden. Möbiliert oder unmöbiliert. Die Stromkosten waren zuletzt ziemlich hoch, wir rechnen damit, dass sie wieder weniger werden.
Schreib uns gern ein paar Zeilen über dich und deine Situation. Wir sind sehr flexibel und spontan. Der angegebene Zeitraum ist auch flexibel, also solltest du was für kürzer oder länger suche, gib Bescheid. Auch wenn du nach etwas unbefristeten sucht, schreib uns gern.
