Das Zimmer ist ruhig, hofseitig gelegen und im 2. Stock. Es ist ca. 20 m² groß (unmöbliert!) und getrennt über die Küche begehbar. Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in einen großen Vorraum mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer Küchenzeile, zwei Zimmer und ein Bad mit separatem WC. Im Hof gibt es die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen/abzusperren und ein Garten zur allgemeinen Benützung steht zur Verfügung.
Haus und Wohnung sind gut erhalten.
The room is quiet, facing the inner yard and on the 2nd floor. It is approx. 20 m² in size (without furniture!) and can be accessed separately via the kitchen. The flat is divided into a large hall with seating and a kitchenette, two rooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. In the courtyard there is the possibility to lock the bicycle and a garden for general use is available.
House and flat are well maintained.
Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk ungefähr zwischen Wattgasse und S-Bahn S45 Hernals. Perfekte Anbindung zur BOKU (sowohl Türkenschanze 10A als auch Muthgasse S45) und zur Uni Wien (43) ebenso. Auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located in the 16th district approximately between Wattgasse and S-Bahn S45 station Hernals. Perfect connection to BOKU (both Türkenschanze with bus 10A and Muthgasse with S45) and to the University of Vienna (with tram 43) as well. Numerous shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance.

Hello, my name is Timon and I study at BOKU (Food-Sciences and Biotechnology) and at the University of Vienna (Political Sciences). I'm frequently on the go (for university, work, etc.) but I'm happy if there also are some common activities in the flat when everyone is home.
