Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Wiener Gemeindebezirk und ist gut angebunden. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt die U3-Station Ottakring und die S-Station Hernals. Circa 8 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Tramstationen der Linien 43 und 44. 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Tramstation der Linie 2 und eine Busstation der Linie 10A. Auch die Nachtbusse N43 und N46 halten in der Nähe.
In nährer Umgebung liegen unzählige Supermärkte, Drogerien, ein Obi und sonst so alles, was man im Alltag benötigt.

The apartment is located in the 16th district of Vienna and well connected. Approximately 10 minutes away by foot is the U3 station Ottakring and the train station Hernals. Approximately 8 minutes away are the tram stations of lines 43 and 44. 5 minutes away is a tram station of line 2 and a bus station of line 10A. Night buses N43 and N46 also stop nearby.
In close vicinity are countless supermarkets, drugstores, a hardware store and everything else you need in everyday life.

Hier ein paar Infos zu den beiden:

Ich bin die Alex, 23 Jahre jung und wohne seit über einem Jahr in Wien. Zurzeit studiere ich an der FH „Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege“ und bin deswegen unter der Woche am Tag oft nicht da. Sonst findet man mich in Cafés, sei es fürs Lernen, Lesen oder auch nur zum quatschen mit Freunden. Sowohl Ausstellungen und Bibliotheken als auch Museen besuche ich gerne und sonst treibe ich mich im Wald herum. In meiner restlichen Freizeit male, übe Yoga und versuche öfter selber zu kochen.

Ich bin Natalie, 27 Jahre alt und unterrichte seit diesem Schuljahr an einer Mittelschule. Nebenbei mache ich meinen Master für Ethik fertig. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne mit Freunden und genieße ähnlich wie Alex Kunst und Kultur in allen möglichen anderen Formen (Museen, Ausstellungen, Theater..). Ich würd mich als recht geselligen, umgänglichen Menschen beschreiben und freue mich immer über nette Küchen-Gespräche, brauche aber auch meine Ruhe und ziehe mich dann gerne mit einem Buch im Zimmer (oder im Sommer am liebsten im Park/in der Natur/irgendwo in der Sonne ;)).

You would be sharing the apartment with my flatmates Alex and Natalie.
Here a quick introduction:

I'm Alex, 23 years old and have been living in Vienna for over a year. I'm currently studying "Healthcare and Nursing" at the University of Applied Sciences, so I'm often not around during the week. Otherwise you can find me in cafés, either studying, reading or just chatting with friends. I enjoy visiting exhibitions and libraries as well as museums and otherwise I like to hang out in the forest. In my remaining free time I paint, practise yoga and often try to cook for myself.

I am Natalie, 27 years old and have been teaching at a secondary school since this school year. I am also completing my Master's degree in ethics. I like to spend my free time with friends and, like Alex, enjoy art and culture in all kinds of other forms (museums, exhibitions, theatre, etc.). I would describe myself as quite a sociable, sociable person and am always happy to have nice kitchen conversations, but I also need my peace and quiet and then like to relax with a book in my room (or in summer preferably in the park/nature/somewhere in the sun ;)).

Die Miete inklusive Betriebskosten und Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Netzkosten, Internet, Hausratsversicherung) beträgt 378,22€ monatlich. Außerdem ist eine Kaution von 1350 € zu hinterlegen.

The rent including utilities (electricity, gas, network costs, internet, household insurance) amounts to 378,22 € per month. In addition, a deposit of 1350€ is to be payed.
