Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem großen Zimmer in einer schönen Lage voller Licht sind, ist dies ein für Sie. Ich verlasse die Wohnung, um mit meinem Partner zusammenzuziehen, und daher ist mein schönes Zimmer für Juli und eventuell August zu haben, bis meine Mitbewohnerin die Wohnung aufgibt! Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, hat hohe Decken, große Fenster und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, so dass alles in gutem Zustand ist. Die Nachbarn nebenan sind sehr ruhig, aber auch nicht störend, so dass ich nie Probleme mit lauter Musik hatte. Das Zimmer würde leer kommen, aber ich bin glücklich, den Verkauf von einigen Möbeln zu diskutieren.
If you're looking for a large room in a nice location full of light, this one is for you. I'm leaving the flat to move in with my partner and thus my beautiful room is up for grabs for July & optionally August until my roommate gives up the flat ! The room is 20sqm with high ceilings, big windows, and was remodeled not so long ago so everything is in good condition. The next door neighbors are very quiet, but also not bothersome, so I have never had problems with loud music. The room would come empty but I am happy to discuss selling you some furniture.

The location is the perfect mix between close to the city center and close to nature. The flat is 15 seconds away from Schumeierplatz Tram stop (46) so you can be in the heart of the city in a few minutes, and is an 8 minute walk to Ottakring U-bahn station (U3). The flat is very close to Brunnenmarkt and is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars, as well as a 10 minute bike ride to the Wienerwald.

Die WG ist für zwei Personen. Mein Mitbewohner Joschi (kurz für Johannes) ist ein 23-jähriger deutscher Eismacher und Unternehmer, der das beste Eis in ganz Wien nach Hause bringt. Er ist sehr pflegeleicht und verantwortungsbewusst, so dass wir nie Probleme mit dem Putzen und dem Zusammenleben hatten. Er ist sehr beschäftigt, aber wir haben es genossen, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, wenn es unsere Zeitpläne erlaubten. Joschi spricht auch perfekt Englisch.
Im September 2023 wird Joschi in eine Ein-Personen-Wohnung ziehen, d.h. die Wohnung wird von der WG übernommen.
The WG is for two people. My roommate Joschi (short for Johannes) is a 23 year old German ice cream maker and entrepreneur, who brings home the best ice cream in all of Vienna. He is very easygoing and responsible, so we never had any problems with cleaning and co-living. He is quite busy, but we enjoyed spending time together to hang out when our schedules allowed. Joschi also speaks perfect english.
In September 2023, Joschi will be moving into a one-person flat, which means the flat will be taken over by WG.

Die Wohnung, inklusive Nebenkosten, kommt auf 505 Euro kalt. Je nachdem, wie viel Strom und Heizung man verbraucht, steigen die Kosten - wir haben das ganze Jahr über jeweils etwa 100 Euro bezahlt.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Abstellraum im Keller und einen Innenhof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett (wir hatten nie Probleme, auch nicht mit gelegentlichen Partys), und das Verhältnis zum Vermieter ist gut. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
The apartment, including nebenkosten, comes down to 505 euros cold. Depending on how much electricity and heating you use, the costs increase - we paid each about 100 euros throughout the whole year.
The apartment has a big storage room in the basement, and has a courtyard where you can store your bike. The neighbors are all very nice (we never had problems, even with occasional parties), and the relationship with the landlord is good. The apartment is fully equipped.
