[English version below] Hallihallo, wir suchen ab Anfang/ Mitte Juni (ab 4. Juni frühester Einzugstermin) eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere gemütliche 3er WG mit wunderschöner Terrasse im Herzen von Ottakring. Die Wohnung bietet einen gemütlichen Altbauflair und wurde 2018 neu saniert. Die Wohnung ist ca 100m², besteht aus 2 Etagen und hat eine 50m² große Terrasse, die in einen sehr ruhigen Innenhof führt und zum Verweilen einlädt. Man kommt auf die Terrasse durch die Küche, deswegen ist man tendenziell sehr oft draußen, wenn es das Wetter erlaubt. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig.
Zu vergeben ist ein ca 15m² Zimmer, das Richtung Osten geht. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer und zwei WCs in der Wohnung.

From the beginning / middle of June we are looking for a roommate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment with super nice terrace. The apartment offers a cozy old building atmosphere and was newly renovated in 2018. The apartment is about 100m ², consists of 2 floors and has a 50m ² large terrace that leads to a very quiet courtyard. You can get to the terrace through the kitchen, so you tend to be outside a lot, when weather permits. There is a large living room and the kitchen is also very spacious. Straßenbahn 46 is just a minute walk from the apartment. So you can reach the subway Volkstheater in just 15 minutes
So for rent is a ca 15m² room with its own bathroom /. The east oriented window makes for a super bright room.

We are Stefan (30) and Adriano (26),
During the week we are generally pretty quiet but on weekends we like to invite friends and sometimes it comes to a small party. Respect, open-minded and a caring attitude for each other is important to us.

Die Straßenbahn 46 ist nur eine Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt. So erreichen Sie die U-Bahn Volkstheater in nur 15 Minuten! Generell ein sehr entspannter Bezirk, man ist schnell im Grünen und in der Stadt. Viele Supermärkte und Yppenmarkt in der Nähe!
Kurz zu uns,
Wir sind Stefan (30) und Adriano (26), beide berufstätig und sind
unter der Woche allgemein eher ruhig, aber am Wochenende laden wir gerne Freund/innen ein und ab und zu kann es schonmal vorkommen, dass das eine oder andere Bier getrunken wird. Respektvolles Miteinander, Offenheit und ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig.
