Hello,
In unserer Villa wird ein Zimmer frei!
Kurzer Disclaimer für zwischendurch: Wir bevorzugen FLINTA* und queere Personen.
Wir nennen die Wohnung "Villa", weil sie einzigartig aufgebaut ist. Durch das Eisentor im Gang und der großen Whirlpool-Badewanne hebt sich diese Wohnung von allen Wohnungen, in denen wir je gewohnt haben, stark ab.
Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer liegt hofseitig und hat, unserer Meinung nach, die schönsten Fenster in der Wohnung. Es kommt genug Sonne rein, um nicht anstrengend zu sein, und bleibt über den Sommer angenehm "breezy".
Der Gemeinschaftsraum besteht aus Küche und Wohnzimmer, von der Küche weiter führt ein Gang, an Klo und Badezimmer vorbei, zum Ende der Wohnung, und somit zu deinem Zimmer.
Zur Lage: Wir wohnen gute 3 Minuten vom Brunnenmarkt und 7 Minuten vom Yppenplatz entfernt.
46er, 2er, 5er und unsere geliebte U6 sind auch alle in unmittelbarer Nähe (zwischen 4 und 8 Minuten).
Prinzipiell bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten im 8. oder 7. Bezirk. Je nach Auslegung und Spaziergeschwindigkeit.
Zu deinen Mitbewohnis:
Sergio (27) macht seinen PhD in Chemie, hat die schönsten braunen Augen und spricht gefühlt tausend Sprachen.
Da er viel arbeitet um eines Tages der beste Chemiker der Welt zu werden, sehen wir uns oft in der Früh, nachts und viel am Wochenende.
Micòl (27) arbeitet als Communications Consultant in einer PR-Agentur, hat auch die schönsten braunen Augen und hört jeden neuen Track, der Micòl gefällt, für mindestens eine Woche auf Dauerschleife. Da they auch viel unterwegs ist, außer they verschläft den Wecker, trifft man sich immer wieder zu komischen Uhrzeiten.
Generell sind wir beide sehr sozial und lustig und laut. Also nur so als FYI.

Hello,
A room in our villa is now available!
Short disclaimer: We favor FLINTA* and queer people.
We call the apartment "villa", because it's uniquely built. Then there's also the iron gate and jacuzzi-like bathtub that make the place stand out from all the other apartments either of us have ever lived in.
On to the room: The room is courtyard facing and has, in our opinion, the nicest windows in the apartment. It gets enough sun in for the little plants, and stays nice and "breezy" through the summer.
Since the apartment offers a very large common area, sometimes we get together for coffee or to watch shows or just stare at each other. Unless no one's there.
The common area consists of a kitchen and living room from which a hallway leads past the toilet and bathroom to the end of the apartment, and thus to your room.
About the location: We live a good 3 minutes away from Brunnenmarkt and 7 minutes from Yppenplatz.
The tram lines 46, 2, 5 and our beloved U6 are also all in the immediate vicinity (between 4 and 8 minutes).
Basically, you can be in the 8th or 7th disctrict within 10 minutes. Depends on where you're going and how fast you're going!
On to your roommates!
Sergio (27) is doing his PhD in chemistry, has the most beautiful brown eyes and speaks thousands of languages. Since he works a lot to become the best chemist in the world one day, we mostly see each other in the morning, at night and a lot on weekends.
Micòl (27) works as a communications consultant in a PR agency, also has the most beautiful eyes, and whenever they discover a new song they listen to it on an endless loop for a week. Since they are also very busy, unless they oversleep, we always meet at weird times.
All in all, we're both very social, funny, and loud people.

Da die Wohnung einen sehr großen Gemeinschaftsraum bietet, "treffen wir" uns manchmal zum Kaffee oder zum Serien schauen oder einfach zum einander anstarren. Oder es ist nur eine Person von uns da. Und trifft sich selbst zum Kaffee.
