Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennten Zimmern, einer Küche mit Esstisch, einem Badezimmer und einem separaten WC.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist zirka 22 m2 groß und voll möbliert. Es ist sehr hell und gemütlich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre, die Fenster sind jedoch auf einer Höhe in der durchschnittliche Leute nicht hineinschauen oder hineingreifen können, (also über den Köpfen).
The apartment consists of two separated rooms, a kitchen with a small seating area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In total it’s a shared apartment for two people.
The available room is furnished and there are blinds assembled on the windows. The apartment is in Mezzanine floor (basically on the ground floor, however, the windows are at a height that people passing by cannot look inside. The windows are higher than a normal peoples’ height)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitengasse in der Nähe der Ottakringer Brauerei. Es besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ca. 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (für die Linien 2,9 und 44) und die U-Bahn-Stationen der U6 und U3 sind ebenfalls nicht so weit entfernt.
The apartment is located right next to Johann-Nepomuk-Berger Platz or about five minutes away from the Ottakringer Brauerei. There is very good connection of public transport. There is a tram station about 2 minutes away from the apartment (for the lines 2,9 and 44) and the subway stations of U6 and U3 are also not far away.
Ich bin die Mira, eine 22-jährige Physiotherapie Studentin.
Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch, unternehme viel mit Freunden und bin unheimlich gern in der Natur unterwegs. Ich gehe gern wandern, genieß gern die Sonne oder einen leckeren Kaffee.
Sonst geh ich in Wien gern fort, erkunde neue Bars oder geh einfach mal mit meinen Freunden tanzen.
Für mich ist ein schönes Zusammenleben und eine entspannte gemütliche Atmosphäre das allerwichtigste.
Außerdem ist es mir wichtig, die geteilten Zimmer (Küche, Bad, WC) sauber zuhalten und immer über Anliegen jeglicher Art zu reden um gut miteinander auszukommen.
Allgemein möchte ich keine Zwecks-WG sondern ein freundschaftliches Miteinander :)

I'm very open-minded and really enjoy being out in nature. I like to go hiking, enjoy the sun or a delicious coffee.
Other than that I also like to go out, to bars and dancing with my friends.
For me comfortable atmosphere at home is the most important thing.
It's also important to keep the shared rooms (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) clean and to always talk about issues of any kind in order to get along well with each other.
Insgesamt kostet die Miete 490€ inklusive Gas, Strom, Wasser und WLAN.
Das Zimmer ist für ein Jahr befristet, nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin ist eine Verlängerung aber auch möglich.
Wenn du Interesse hast dieses Zimmer zu mieten, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du etwas über dich selbst, deine Hobbys, dein aktuelles Studium oder Arbeit und deine Erwartungen an eine Mitbewohnerin und Erwartungen an die generelle Wohnsituation erzählst.
Gerne schicke ich dir dann auch noch weitere Fotos von der Wohnung oder lade dich auf ein Kennenlernen im August in die WG ein :) (Zurzeit bin ich in der Steiermark, ein Kennenlernen kann deshalb erst im August stattfinden.)
