Kleines Zimmer für einen halben Monat zu vermieten!
Bei Bedarf auch wochenweise.
--> 100€ pro Woche oder 210€ für den gesamten Zeitraum (12.-30.05.). Preis inklusive Nebenkosten, kommt nichts weiter dazu.
Die Wohnung besteht (neben Küche und Bad) aus einem großen und einem kleinen Zimmer.
Das kleine Zimmer ist bislang Gästezimmer und Nebennutzung, wegen hoher Energiekosten und weil die Wohnung locker Platz für 2 bietet vermiete ich nun den kleinen Raum.
Im Zimmer steht ein Bett und einkleines Regal, Stau- und Ablageraum wird frei gemacht.
Es hat eine Fenster zum Hinterhof raus, ruhig und efeubewachsen-grün.
Insgesamt ist´s klein aber fein- mit Manko: ein Vormieter hat die Türen rausgenommen, drum gibt es nur Vorhänge. Zwischen den Zimmern liegt allerdings die Küche und bei rücksichtsvollem Miteinander war das bisher kein Problem.

The flat has (besides kitchen and bathroom) two rooms, one bigger one smaller.
In the smaller room (which is for rent) there is a bed, a little shelve and some space for clothes/things.
Its cosy and quiet, window to the backyard.
NOTE: someone living here before took away the doors, so for the two rooms there is just curtains now. But the kitchen is inbetween both rooms and in respectfully co-living so far i had uncomplicated and good experience and still having in privacy for one´s own.
If there is interest, please just write a note and we can figure out further details.
Die Wohnung ist im 16. Bezirk gelegen, in einer kleinen Nebenstraße direkt parallel zur Thaliastraße. Dort sind gleich die nächsten Supermärkte und Shops.
Zur U Bahn dauert es zu Fuß ca 10 min, Straßenbahnen fahren ca 2 min entfernt und damit dauert etwas 10-15 min ins Stadtzentrum.
Auf der anderen Seite liegt gleich der Wilhelminenberg, für einen Heurigentour oder einen Spaziergang im Naherholungsgebiet optimal.

The flat is located in 16th district, in a calm street but not far from a bigger one where you can find shops and public transport. To the city center it you can get with U Bahn (U3) which is in 10 min walking distance, or several tram lones in 2 minutes distance.
On the other hand there is the Wilhelminenberg very close by, which is a nice destination for walks or visiting a Heurigen (traditional fresh vine place).
Respektvolles und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander, und ansonsten nicht viele Regeln.
Da das Zimmer short-term vermietet wird, wir es wohl immer etwas funktional bleiben,
ich selbst bin auch berufstätig und relativ viel unterwegs, aber freue mich aber auf nette Begegenungen!

As the room is just for short-term it will probably stay allways a bit functional,
as well i am working and not being home that super much, but anyway looking forward to some nice chats and interaction!
