Ich wohne in einem der 4 WG Zimmer, für die anderen drei Zimmer suche ich Mitbewohner*innen:
- 19m2 400 € warm
- 13m2 325 € warm
- 9m2 275 € warm
These prices already include heating and water costs.
(Das 13m2 Zimmer ist auf meinem Profil nicht inseriert, weil ich für die dritte Anzeige extra an WG Gesucht zahlen müsste. :/
Aber dieses 13 m2 Zimmer ist auch frei!)
Hier geht es um das 9m2 Zimmer:
275/Monat warm
(=> der Preis INKLUDIERT BEREITS Wasser- und Heizkosten)
Strom ist noch extra zu zahlen.
Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, hat aber AUCH EINEN KLEINEN VORRAUM in den man zum Beispiel noch eine kleine Kommode etc stellen kann, um Dinge zu verstauen.
Das Zimmer ist nördlich ausgerichtet und man schaut durch das Fenster auf die Straße.
Es gibt ein Durchgangszimmer, das man gut als Ess/Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen kann und eine Küche, ein Bad mit mit Badewanne.
ÖFFI ANBINDUNG UND ENTFERNUNG ZUR UNI:
Die Wohnung liegt in der Grundsteingasse, eine Seitengasse zum Gürtel, und ist gut an Öffis angebunden: man braucht je 4 min zu Fuß zur Thalistraße (U6) und Josefstädterstraße (U6).
Der Yppenplatz ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt und den Campus der Universität erreicht man in 15 min zu Fuß oder mit den Straßenbahnen 44 und 5.
SUPERMÄRKTE:
Ein Penny und Hofer befinden sich in 2 min Gehentfernung und ein Spar in 4 min Gehentfernung. Der Brunnenmarkt, bei dem man frisches Obst und Gemüse etc. kaufen kann, ist außerdem nur 5 min entfernt.
NACHTLEBEN AM GÜRTEL:
Lokale in den Ubahnbögen (z.B Chelsea) sind auch in Gehentfernung.

The flat is located in Grundsteingasse and is well connected to public transport: it takes 4 minutes to walk to Thalistraße (U6) and Josefstädterstraße (U6).
Yppenplatz is a 7-minute walk away and the university campus can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or with trams 44 and 5.
Pubs in the subway arches (e.g. Chelsea) are also within walking distance.
Ein bisschen über mich:
Ich bin Rosa (sie/ihr) und würde gerne auf 98m2 eine neue WG gründen.
Ich studiere im dritten Semester English und habe bis jetzt in einer 2er WG gewohnt.
Ich bin links und interessiere mich für Pop Kultur, Literatur und Kunst. Außerdem koche ich gerne, gehe gerne fort (wow surprising), gehe auf Flohmärkte und habe eine mild obsession mit Indie-Horrorfilmen. :)
Diese WG soll keine Zweck-WG sein, ich wünsche mir ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben und ich hätte Bock mit Leuten eine Wohnung zu teilen mit denen ich gemeinsam diese (noch) leere Wohnung zu einem coolen Ort gestalten kann. :D
Außerdem soll das ein space frei von Antisemitismus, Rassismus, Queerfeindlichkeit sein.

I am a third semester English student and have lived in a 2 people flat-share situation until now.
I am left-wing and interested in pop culture, literature and art.
I also like to cook, go to flea markets, go out and have a mild obsession with indie horror films. :)
This should not be a purely functional flat share, I would like to collaboratively cohabit. Further I’m excited to share a flat with people with whom I can make this (still) empty flat a cool place. :)
Moreover, it should be a space free of antisemitism, racism and queerphobia.
