18 Quadratmeter großes sehr helles Zimmer mit typischen hohen Altbauwänden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert jedoch sind Rollos und Vorhangstangen vorhanden. Vom späten Vormittag an hat man lange Sonne durch die zwei südlich gelegenen Fenster. Das Zimmer ist gegenüber des Badezimmers und etwas abgelegener zum Rest der Wohnung. Dadurch ist es angenehm leise und man hat ausreichend Privatsphäre.
An 18-square-meter large, very bright room with typical high ceilings of an old building. The room is unfurnished, but it comes equipped with blinds and curtain rods. From late morning onwards, you get plenty of sunlight through the two south-facing windows. The room is located opposite the bathroom and somewhat secluded from the rest of the apartment. This makes it pleasantly quiet, providing ample privacy.
Die Wohnung hat eine Hammer Lage fast direkt am Yppenplatz wo es Cafés, Bars, den Brunnemarkt und jeden Samstag auch einen Bauernmarkt gibt.
Man ist super angebunden durch die u6 und die Straßenbahn 44 und 2.

The apartment has an amazing location, almost right at Yppenplatz, where you can find cafes, bars, the Brunnemarkt, and every Saturday, there's also a farmers' market. It's excellently connected with the U6 subway line and tram lines 44 and 2. You can quickly reach green areas and important hubs like the Westbahnhof or Schottentor.
