Zu vergeben sind insgesamt zwei Zimmer in einer neu hergerichteten, hellen Dachgeschoß-Wohnung:
- 9m2 (530€, Zimmer 4)
- 12 (585€, Zimmer 2/3)
- 13 (600€, Zimmer 2/3)
- 15 (635€, Zimmer 1)
Die Aufteilung ist noch nicht fix und hängt von unseren lieben zukünftigen MBs ab, aber da wir beide mit keinem der Zimmer ein Problem haben, sollte hier nichts im Wege stehen :)
Alle vier Räume sind hell und getrennt begehbar und sehr ruhig. Man kann die Fenster also durchaus geöffnet lassen, ohne einen Gehörverlust befürchten zu müssen ;) Zwei Zimmer sind im unteren Geschoss, anschließend an die Wohnküche (30m2), und zwei im oberen Wohnungsteil bei der Tür zur Dachterrasse (extra begehbar, 30m2).
Da wir die Wohnung neu beziehen, werden die Zimmer unmöbliert vergeben. In der Wohnküche sind Mikro, Herd, Kühlschrank, Eiskasten,... vorhanden, für die auch keine Ablöse besteht.
Es gibt sonst zwei Badezimmer samt Toiletten (einmal Badewanne, einmal Dusche), ein kleines Kellerabteil und für Radfahrende eine Möglichkeit, ihre Räder im Erdgeschoss des Hauses abzuschließen.
Einen Lift gibt es auch noch.

There are a total of two rooms available in a newly renovated, bright attic apartment. Two of the following rooms are available:
9m2 (530€)
12m2 (585€)
13m2 (600€)
15m2 (635€)
The allocation is not yet fixed and depends on our dear future flatmates, but since neither of us has a problem with any of the rooms, there should be no obstacle here :)
All four rooms are bright, separately accessible, and very quiet. So you can definitely leave the windows open without having to worry about hearing loss ;) Two rooms are on the lower floor, adjacent to the living room/kitchen (30m2), and two are on the upper part of the apartment near the door to the roof terrace (separately accessible, 30m2).
Since we are moving into the apartment newly, the rooms will be unfurnished. In the living room/kitchen, there are a microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer,... available, for which no takeover is required.
There are also two bathrooms with toilets (one bathtub, one shower), a small cellar compartment, and a possibility for cyclists to lock their bikes on the ground floor of the building.
There is also an elevator.
Die Wohnung ist mit der U3 Ottakring, der 2er, 9er und der 44er Bim, sowie dem 10A Bus gut an die Öffis angeschlossen. Man ist also flott an der Uni, im Grünen und generell im Stadtzentrum und bei den Zügen.
In der Nähe gibt es sonst noch Supermärkte, Apotheken, alles, was man so im Alltag brauchen könnte.

The apartment is well connected to public transportation with the U3 Ottakring, tram lines 2, 9, and 44, as well as the 10A bus. This means you can quickly reach the university, green spaces, and generally the city center and train stations.
Nearby, there are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything else one might need in daily life.
Wir sind beide entspannte Leute, berufstätig (einmal ein fertiger Lehrer und einmal eine Lehrerin, die zeitgleich noch an der Uni studiert) und würden zwei gemütliche Mitbewohnende suchen. Generell sind wir arbeitsbedingt am Vormittag meistens nicht zuhause, an den Wochenenden oder in den Schulferien kann sich das ändern.
Sonst sind wir beide gesellig, sitzen gern zam zu Spieleabenden etc. oder sind draußen unterwegs (Radln, klettern, wandern,...). Gekocht und gebacken wird auch gern mal gemeinsam :)
Wer motiviert ist, wird also Gesellschaft für gemeinsame Unternehmungen finden, aber kein Stress, falls ihr lieber eure Ruhe haben wollt, vollstes Verständnis dafür von Lehrpersonen, die ständig von Kindern umwuselt werden.

We are both laid-back individuals, employed (one is a qualified teacher and the other is a teacher who is still studying at university at the same time), and we are looking for two easy-going roommates. Generally, due to work commitments, we are usually not at home in the mornings, but this can change on weekends or during school holidays.
Otherwise, we are both sociable, enjoy getting together for game nights, etc., or being outdoors (cycling, climbing, hiking,...). Cooking and baking together is also something we enjoy :)
So, if you're motivated, you'll find company for joint activities, but no pressure if you prefer your peace and quiet, we completely understand that as educators who are constantly surrounded by children, haha.
Also, one of us is a German and English teacher, so just in case you need help learning German, feel free to let her know.
Unser Vertrag ist mal auf vier Jahre befristet. Am praktischsten wäre es, falls sich jemand für diese zumindest mal vier Jahre findet, sonst lässt sich aber auch über eine kürzere Zeitspanne reden (vlt ab einem Semester?)!
Falls sich also jemand findet und sich gerne eine neue WG mitgestalten möchte, nur zu, schreibt uns bissi was über euch und eure bisherigen WG-Erfahrungen :)

Our contract is initially for four years. It would be most practical if someone commits to these four years, but we are also open to discussing a shorter timeframe (staring maybe around a semester?)!
