Because our flatmate Luca is going to leave us, there is going to be a room available in our big and wonderful flat (160sqm) (very soon!). So we are looking for someone who would be happy to live with us.
We wish for a nice being (human or other) with whom we feel comfortable (and who is no racist fascist idiot. :)) with whom we can create a friendly community living. We are an international flat and communicate mostly in English, but are trying with more German!
You can move in from the first of April, but there is still room to discuss the date of moving in.
The flat is equipped with everything you need for a happy life: Dishwasher in the kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), two separate WCs and a small livingroom with window to the courtyard. We have a lot of space in the flat!
NB : there is also an extra cost of 35 euros by months for additional charges.

Weil unsere Mitbewohnerin Luca uns verlassen wird, wird in unserer großen, wunderbaren WG (160qm) ziemlich bald ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind deshalb auf der Suche nach einem netten Menschen, der mit uns zusammen hier wohnen möchte. Wir wohnen jetzt seit über einem Jahr sehr glücklich zusammen und wünschen uns eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner (der oder die keine rassistische, faschistische Idiot*in ist :)). Wir freuen uns, wenn Du wie wir Lust auf ein freundschaftliches und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben hast.
Du kannst ab dem 1. April einziehen, aber es ist noch möglich, den Einzugstermin zu besprechen.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem Wichtigem, die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, es gibt zwei Bäder (eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne!) und zwei separate WCs sowie einen Vor-/Wohnraum mit Fenster zum Innenhof und insgesamt viel Platz!
NB: Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Kosten von 35 Euro pro Monat für zusätzliche Gebühren.

To the room:
The room is around 25 sqm big and is situated behind the room of Gladji, meaning that you will have to cross his room to go to your room. This particular situation has always worked in the past, with a good communication. The room is very quiet because the window faces the courtyard. It has been painted all white in recent years.
In general the room can be rented without any furniture but the bed and also some other pieces of furniture (the table, the chair, the drawers, the shelve) can be used if you are looking for a furnished room.
The rent already includes all extra costs.

Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm groß und liegt hinter dem Zimmer von Gladji, d.h. man muss sein Zimmer durchqueren, um zu seinem Zimmer zu gelangen. Diese besondere Situation hat in der Vergangenheit immer funktioniert, mit einer guten Kommunikation. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da das Fenster auf den Innenhof gerichtet ist. Es wurde in den letzten Jahren komplett weiß gestrichen.
Im Allgemeinen kann das Zimmer ohne Möbel gemietet werden, aber das Bett und auch einige andere Möbelstücke (der Tisch, der Stuhl, die Schubladen, das Regal) können genutzt werden, wenn Sie ein möbliertes Zimmer suchen.
In der Miete sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten.

The flat is on the 1st floor, there's no elevator, and bikes can be left in the courtyard. The location is in the 16th District, just a few minutes away from Yppenplatz (with Brunnen market) and central, right next to Gürtel. Shops are nearby and easily reachable walking. Underground station Josefstadter Strasse, and the trams 2/5/33 are all reachable in less than 5min walk!

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl) in einem Altbau. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden.
Die Neulerchenfelderstraße ist eine recht belebte Straße in direkter Nähe zum Gürtel (uns wurde aber gesagt, dass man die U-Bahn nicht hört!). Direkt um die Ecke ist der Yppenplatz mit dem schönen Brunnenmarkt und es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung.
Die Anbindung ist super, Trams 2/5/33 sowie die U-Bahn-Station Josefstädter Straße sind zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im 16. Bezirk, man ist aber aufgrund der Gürtelnähe auch direkt im 8.

You are going to be living with Kevin, Christina, Gladgi, and Elsa.
Kevin is from Austria and works as a software developer. He enjoys DIY projects, good music, and watching TV shows. Climbing, however, remains his true passion.
Christina is 29, from Los Angeles, and just finished her MA in English Literature, focusing on stand-up comedy. She is also a bartender, quizmaster, and karaoke host (and so is often gone in the evenings, but when she is home she likes to cook for/with the others!). She loves exploring the city, reading in the sunshine, and going any kind of gig she can find. Her German isn’t great yet but she’s working on it :)
Gladji is 24yo, from Aosta in Italy, freshly arrived to Vienna and enjoying his gap year. He speaks Italian, English, French: German is not on the list but it's definitely next in line :) He is living in the room that you will have to cross to go to your room.
Elsa is a 27-year-old PhD and comes from France. She is currently doing a PhD in network and data science. She likes a lot nature and mountain-related sports: climbing, skiing, hiking and biking. She doesn’t speak German but is trying to learn :)Du würdest zu Kevin, Christina, Luca and Elsa in die WG einziehen.

Kevin kommt aus Österreich und arbeitet als Softwareentwickler. Er genießt Heimwerkerprojekte, gute Musik und Fernsehsendungen. Seine wahre Leidenschaft bleibt jedoch das Klettern.
Christina ist 29 Jahre alt, kommt aus Los Angeles und hat gerade ihren MA in Englischer Literatur mit Schwerpunkt Stand-up-Comedy abgeschlossen. Sie ist außerdem Barkeeperin, Quizmasterin und Karaoke-Moderatorin (und deshalb abends oft weg, aber wenn sie zu Hause ist, kocht sie gerne für/mit den anderen!). Sie liebt es, die Stadt zu erkunden, in der Sonne zu lesen und zu jeder Art von Konzert zu gehen, das sie finden kann. Ihr Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut, aber sie arbeitet daran :)
Gladji ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Aosta in Italien, ist gerade in Wien angekommen und genießt sein Zwischenjahr. Er spricht Italienisch, Englisch und Französisch: Deutsch steht nicht auf der Liste, aber es ist definitiv das nächste Ziel :) Er wohnt in dem Zimmer, das Sie durchqueren müssen, um in Ihr Zimmer zu gelangen.
Elsa ist 27 Jahre alt und kommt aus Frankreich. Sie promoviert derzeit in Netzwerk- und Datenwissenschaften. Sie mag die Natur und Bergsportarten wie Klettern, Skifahren, Wandern und Radfahren sehr. Sie spricht kein Deutsch, versucht aber, es zu lernen :)
Da wir eine recht international WG sind, sprechen wir daheim meistens Englisch miteinander.
