Da ich im Mai nicht in Wien bin, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum mein möbliertes Zimmer. Ich bin vom 28.4. bis 5.6. weg, aber wir können gerne darüber reden, welcher Zeitraum für dich in Frage kommt!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und hat zwei Fenster nach Osten.
Unsere WG ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt: Eingang, Flur und mein Zimmer sind unten, der Rest der Wohnung ist eine Etage höher. Das heißt, man hat unten auch seine Privatsphäre.
Oben gibt es dann eine halboffene Küche, ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch und Couch, Bad und WC getrennt und einen Westbalkon mit Weitblick.
Die WG liegt 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation Ottakring im 16. Bezirk entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich der Brunnenmarkt mit dem Yppenplatz, die schönen Steinhofgründe und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Gürtel :)
Du würdest mit Janik (Ende 20) und Kilian (Mitte 30) zusammenwohnen, Janik studiert Internationale Entwicklung und Kilian arbeitet als freischaffender Künstler und Schriftsteller. Kilian wohnt erst seit einem Monat in der WG und die beiden sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Die Miete wäre 500€ für den Monat Mai, aber je nachdem, wie lange es konkret sein wird, können wir noch darüber reden.

As I am not in Vienna in May, I am renting out my furnished room for this period. I will be away from 28 April to 5 June, but we can talk about which period is suitable for you!
The room is about 20 square metres and has two windows facing east.
Our flat share is spread over two floors: The entrance, corridor and my room are downstairs, the rest of the flat is one floor up. This means you also have your privacy downstairs.
Upstairs there's a semi-open-plan kitchen, a large open-plan living room with a big table and couch, separate bathroom and toilet and a west-facing balcony with a far-reaching view.
The flat share is a 5-minute walk from Ottakring underground station in the 16th district. Nearby is the Brunnenmarkt with the Yppenplatz, the beautiful Steinhofgründe and you can be at the Gürtel in 10 minutes by bike :)
You would be living with Janik (late 20s) and Kilian (mid 30s), Janik is studying International Development and Kilian works as a freelance artist and writer. Kilian has only been living in the flat share for one month and the two are very nice and uncomplicated.
The rent would be 500€ for the month of May, but depending on how long it will actually be, we can still talk about it.
