Hi there,

The room that will be given to rent is a lovely room, 1 of 3 rooms that has direct access to the balcony, which ofcourse makes the room nice and bright as well as good feeling fresh and sitting in the shade or the usnny part of the balcony.

The room has all the amenities you can need. Most of my clothes and personal items will be moved out so you can make yourself comfortable while you are renting the room.

Rent is total 400€ - 80 utilities, 14 internet, 320 rent
then rental amount could be discussed in case of budget limit.

The deposit is 250€ but if you would like to provide a different type of deposit for reassurance during your rental period, we can definitely discuss that :)

The apt building is located in the 16th district, right by the edge of the 15th, as well as 4 minutes walk towards the ''gürtel'' which has the U? brown metro line passing. The other side of the train leads you the 7th district and ofcourse thr 1st.

In the vicinity, you can find 2 gorcery stores right below the apt and a lovely turkish bakery that is open every day from 8 am to 9-10pm. about 10 minutes walk, you have a cute little park and next door is a hilarious migrant mall, but offers most things most malls have as well as food court, running sushi, an amazing karaoke bar and so on.

The nearest public transports would be the 46 tram and 48A which both lead you to Volkstheater metro on the U3 line. those are also methods to take when heading back home. the nearest metro station is Thalistrasse on the U6 metro line which allows you to easily travel to the Danube on the hot summer days .

Kem and I ( Hovig ) are the current tennants in the flat. Our 3rd roommate is an erasmus student Vero (23) who is currently here studing Global studies at the main university until the end of August (yes we are reallllllllly sad that she will be leaving us soon).

Sicne I'll be gone, you're flatmates will be Kem and Vero.

Kem (29) is a lovely and very funny queer fagget who is good at being handy and supportive. On their free time they will be mostly going in out of the city working as a performer, or being at home doing music, house stuff or gardening, spending cozy evenings with friends on the balcony and such.

Vero, our lvoely Italian flatmate is near the end of their masters thesis which they will hand in by the end of the summer. Vero will most likely be in and out of the library to focus, but you can definitely catch them at home drinking wine or making really delicious pasta (different everytime ofc) that will blow your mind!

We like to spend time together in tyhe evenings cooking, sometimes during the day we'll have working sessions on the dining table or on the balcony which gives us nice support to eachother. we like to laugh and have fun, put on music and dance and even go to events together sometimes. We like our own space so you dont have to worry about exiting thre space for some me time.
