Es handelt sich um ein gemütluiches kleines Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Fenster auf Straßenseite, da aber der Brunnenmarkt direkt eine Straße weiter ist, gibt es nicht extrem viel Verkehr und Lärm, also kann man das Fenster auch offen lassen. Es gibt ein Bettgestell, die ich entfernt habe, aber ich kann sie während Ihres Aufenthalts problemlos zurückstellen
Zimmer ist Richtung Sonnenaufgang, also tagsüber sehr hell :).
Da wir ein kleines Wohnzimmer haben, kannst du auch da untertags arbeiten.
Es ist auch kein Problem in dem Zimmer zu üben, falls du Musikerin bist.

The room is small but very cosy and with a lot of light! There is a bed frame that I removed, but I can put it back during your stay without a problem. There is not a lot of traffic or noise, so you can have the window open all the time.
There is a small living room where you can also work and hang out. The kitchen is very spacious, so it's perfect for cooking together!
Die Lage ist Bombe. U-Bahn Station Thaliastraße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und die 46-er Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Haustür. In nur 10 Minuten ist man beim Volkstheater.
In 20 Meter ist man schon beim Brunnemarkt und kann Täglich frisches Gemüse, Tandooribrot und Obst kaufen. Kulinarisch hat die Gegend viel zu bieten. Zum feiern ist man auch sofort am Gürtel beim Loft, Chelsea, Fania Live usw., also keine langen Fahrten mit dem Nachtbus mehr :)
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Rad 15 Minuten. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2 (Neulerchenfelder Straße) und 5, der Bus 48A sind auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahnlinie 44 ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Man ist also gut angebunden und nur eine Gehminute von Penny/Hofer/Spar und DM entfernt.

The location is great! U-Bahn Station Thaliastraße is only 3 minutes away, and the tram 46 it's seconds away. You can be in Volktheather in less than 10 minutes! Also, the tram 2 and 5 and the bus 48A are only 5 minutes away!
The Brunnenmarkt is next to us. There you can buy all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The neighbourhood is full of life, with plenty of restaurant and bars to enjoy!
There is also plenty of supermarkets close by: Hofer, Spar, Penny and DM.
Lea ist 21 und studiert politische Philosophie an der Uni Wien. Sie kommt aus Voralberg und lebt seit 2 Jahren in Wien. Sie spielt Viola und Klavier, liest gerne politische und französische Bücher, geht gerne auf Filme und hat einen leidenschaftlichen Hass auf Jordan Peterson.
Dion ist 25 und hat Maschinenbau an der TU Wien studiert. Er arbeitet jetzt als Softwareentwickler und will dann später einen Master noch machen. Er kommt aus dem Kosovo und lebt seit 6 Jahren in Wien. Er macht gerne Sport, diskutiert über die Welt und das Leben, liest gerne Romane und geht auf Filme/Kunstausstellungen.
Lea und ich verstehen uns voll gut und haben uns in einer kurzen Zeit gut befreundet. Wir machen gerne zusammen Sachen, sei es Wein am Abend schlürfen und diskutieren, oder auf Veranstaltungen gehen. Außerdem gehen wir gerne spazieren, bouldern und wandern.
Da ich aber manchmal beruflich unterwegs bin, bin ich nicht immer in der WG.

Lea is 22 and studies politics and philosophy. She's from Voralberg but has been living in Vienna for the past 2 years. She plays the viola and the piano, loves to read french and politics books and likes going to the cinema.
Dion is 25 and studied mechanical engineering. He is currently working as a software developer and in the future wants to do a Master. He's from Kosovo but has lived in Vienna for the past 6 years. He loves to do sports, and to talk about the current affairs, the world and life in general.
We all get along very well and love to hang out together!
Das Zimmer ist vom 15. Juni bis Anfang August verfügbar (aber wenn Sie interessiert sind, bis Ende August zu bleiben, kann dies auch besprochen werden)
Wir haben keinen Putzplan, jedoch Putzen wir oft gemeinsam oder alleine, sodass die WG halt sauber ist.
Das Zimmer kann entweder möbiliert oder unmöbiliert übernommen werden. Das können wir dann besprechen, wenn wir uns kennenlernen.
