Das helle Zimmer hat 13,06 m^2 und ein großes Fenster, das bis zur Decke reicht. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick in den grünen Innenhof und hört trotz der Nähe zum Gürtel fast nur die Amseln zwitschern. (Manchmal auch ein paar Tauben gurren) Es ist das hinterste von drei in einer Reihe liegenden Zimmern, am weitesten weg vom Wohnzimmer und deswegen das ruhigste Zimmer der Wohnung.
In der Wohnung gibt es zusätzlich ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche. Badezimmer und Klo sind getrennt, daneben ist ein Abstellraum. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The bright room has 13,06 m^2 and a large window that reaches to the ceiling. You have a beautiful view into the green yard and despite the closeness to the Gürtel-street you can almost only hear the blackbirds chirping. (Sometimes a few pigeons coo too) It is the rearmost of three rooms in a row, farthest away from the living room and therefore the quietest room in the apartment.
In the apartment there is a cosy living room with adjoining kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are separated, next to it is a storage room. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Vogelweidpark und Ludo-Hartmann-Park, 3 Minuten vom hinteren Eingang der Lugnercity entfernt. Zum Bus 48a braucht man zu Fuß 3 Minuten, zur U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle 5 Minuten und zur 9er Straßenbahn 10 Minuten. Außerdem erreicht man die Fahrradstraße Hasnerstraße mit dem Rad in 3 Minuten. Man ist mit den Öffis oder mit dem Rad überall also wirklich schnell.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es das Stadthallenbad, den Brunnenmarkt, das Café Weidinger und eben die Lugnercity mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. (Unter der Woche haben die bis 21:00 offen) Schnell ist man auch oben auf der Baumgartner Höhe.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren ganz neu saniert (Auch eine neue Küche und neue Fenster sind drinnen) und liegt im ersten Stock eines Altbaus, alle Fenster zeigen in den Gemeinschaftsgarten. Dort steht ein kleiner Tisch, auf dem in der Morgensonne auch oft mal gefrühstückt wird. Außerdem ein paar Tomatenpflanzen (Zu denen sehr gerne noch mehr dazukommen dürfen) Im Erdgeschoss wohnen ebenfalls berufstätige Studierende, auch sie haben einen kleinen Tisch und Pflanzen im Garten stehen. Wir plaudern manchmal ein bisschen und kommen gut miteinander aus. Es gibt auch ein gelbes Häuschen, das als Abstellraum für Fahrräder und Gartengeräte benutzt wird.
Wie schon oben erwähnt ist der Gürtel sehr nah, aber davon merkt man hier wirklich fast gar nichts. (Ok, manchmal hört man schon Rettungssirenen) Die Wohnung ist auch recht kühl im Sommer.

The apartment is located between Vogelweidpark and Ludo-Hartmann-Park, 3 minutes from the rear entrance of Lugnercity. It takes 3 minutes to walk to bus 48a, 5 minutes to the U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle and 10 minutes to the 9 tram. Furthermore, the bicycle street Hasnerstraße can be reached by bike in 3 minutes. So you are really fast with the public transport or by bike everywhere.
In the immediate neighbourhood there is the Stadthallenbad, the Brunnenmarkt, the Café Weidinger and Lugnercity with all shops for daily needs. (During the week they are open until 21:00) You can also reach the Baumgartner Höhe quickly.
The apartment was completely renovated 3 years ago (Also a new kitchen and new windows are inside) and is located on the first floor of an old building. All windows face the shared garden. There is a small table, on which breakfast is often served in the morning sun. On the ground floor there are also working students, they also have a small table and plants in the garden. Sometimes we chat a little and get along well with each other. There is also a cute yellow house that is used as a storage room for bicycles and garden tools.
As mentioned above, the Gürtel-street is very close, but you really don't notice much of it here. (Ok, sometimes you can hear rescue sirens) The flat is also quite cool in summer.

Über mich: Ich bin Diana, 26 Jahre alt und wohne seit einem Jahr in der Wohnung. Gerade bin ich dabei meinen Master in Internationaler Entwicklung fertigzumachen, arbeite auch als Podcasterin und Redakteurin beim Radio. Wenn ich ein bisschen mehr Zeit habe, fahre ich gerne Wildwasserkajak, außerdem würde ich gerne töpfern lernen und ich backe Sauerteigbrot. Ich kümmere mich gerne um meine Pflanzen.
Mit Leuten bin ich gerne im Café Weidinger oder auf Party.
Kochen mag ich nicht so gerne (auch wenn es oft sein muss), ich hasse Rosinen und Koriander und spiele Gesellschaftsspiele nur wenn es sein muss. (Activity ist ok)
Ich bin Feministin, Black lives matter!
Ca. 2-3 Mal die Woche ist mein Freund Ismail da, er studiert Lehramt (Geschichte und Deutsch) und ist ein ruhiger und netter Typ. Er mag auch keinen Koriander, Rosinen findet er nicht so schlimm.
Zum WG-Leben: Generell ist mir Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit wichtig, zwar muss nicht immer alles super blitzblank sein, aber ich mag niemandem hinterherputzen. Unter der Woche bin ich viel unterwegs oder arbeite auch manchmal von zu Hause aus. Deswegen habe ich am Abend gerne meine Ruhe und ziehe mich dann auch mal zurück. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind dann mein ruhiger Rückzugsort, wenn im Leben gerade viel los ist.Trotzdem würde es mich freuen, mal gemeinsam den Abend zu verbringen oder zu Frühstücken. Das ist aber überhaupt kein Muss und ich respektiere da die Grenzen meiner/meines Mitbewohner*in.
Ich würde mir jemanden wünschen die/der mein Verständnis von Sauberkeit und personal space teilt, gerne auch berufstätige Studierende oder Erasmus Outgoings.

About life in the flat share: In general, cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, not everything has to be spick and span, but I don't like to clean up after anyone. During the week I am on the move a lot or sometimes work from home. That's why I like to have my peace and quiet in the evening and then I like to be for myself for a while. The apartment and the garden are my quiet retreat when life is busy. Nevertheless, I would be happy to spend the evening together sometimes or have breakfast. But that's not a must and I respect the limits of my flatmate*.
I would like someone who shares my understanding of cleanliness and personal space, also working students or Erasmus outgoings.
