Ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden,
für unsere wundervolle, gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung im 16. Bezirk Wiens suchen wir eine/n Mitbewohner/in ab Mitte Oktober.
Bewohnen könntest du für monatlich 420 Euro ein möbliertes circa 10 m² Zimmer, eine geräumige Wohnküche (~ 45 m²), Bad & separates Klo sowie einen herrlichen südseitigen Balkon mit Blick in den weitläufigen Innenhof.
Zimmermöbel (einen Schreibtisch, Regale so wie am Foto und eine 90cm Matratze mit Lattenrost) können übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5min zu Fuß von der U6 Thaliastraße, der 48A ist direkt vor der Haustür. In 10 Minuten Gehweite ist die 9er, 46er und 2er zu erreichen. Die Radfahrstraße Hasnerstraße ist nur eine Parallelstraße weg, von der man schnell am Gürtelradweg ist. Also perfekte Verkehrsanbindungen :)
Du wirst mit Mirijam (25) und Kilian (26) zusammen wohnen, lachen, weinen, kochen, Sprachen lernen (vor allem Bayerisch :D) putzen oder auch einfach mal ignorieren, falls du gerade keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hast ;-)
Wir suchen freundliche, aufgeschlossene Menschen mit einem Sinn für Gemeinschaft und einem Mindestbedürfnis an Sauberkeit. Ein offener, respektvoller Umgang und eine ehrliche Kommunikation miteinander sind für dich auch selbstverständlich? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Dear room-searching people,
We are looking for a flat mate for our cozy & lovely top floor apartment in the 16th district of Vienna from beginning/middle of October.
For around 420 euros per month you would be living in a furnished approximately 10 m² room and you would be using a spacious living room (~45 m²) with an open kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a wonderful southside balcony with a view over the inner courtyard. You would get to live, laugh, cry, cook, learn foreign languages (mainly Bavarian :D), clean or even just ignore (if you’re not in the mood for company) with Mirijam (25) and Kilian (26).
We are looking for friendly, open-minded people with a sense for fellowship and a minimum need for cleanliness. An open, respectful social interaction as well as an honest communication with each other are also matters of course for you? Then our flat is the right place for you!
What else we have to offer: Room furniture (a desk, a shelf and a 1.2 m mattress with a slatted frame), lots of different vegetarian recipes, a feeling of home, a loft bed for guests, a hammock, a biiiiiiig couch…
