Hallo!
In unserer gemütlichen WG wird ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer hat kleine aber feine 10m2. Ich hab davor auch schon mal in dem Zimmer gelebt und wenn man es sich gut einteilt, ist es wirklich cozy. Es hat auch ein Fenster in Hofrichtung und ist somit das ruhigste von unseren 3 Zimmern.
We have a small but cozy room to offer. It's directed toward the courtyard and therefore the most quiet room in our apartmant.
Wir sind im 16. Bezirk mit super Anbindung zum Bus 10A, 48A, zur Straßenbahn 46, 44 und 10 Gehminuten von U3 Ottakring entfernt (oder 2 Stationen mit dem 48A). Die Straßenbahn 9 ist auch super nahe.
In unserer Nähe ist der schöne Brunnenmarkt und mit dem 46er bist du im Nu im Stadtinneren. Ich arbeite im 1. Bezirk und die Verbindung ist super.
Well located in the 16th district. Bus 10A, 48A, tram 46, 44, 9 within 5min walking distance and U3 Ottakring within 10min walking distance. It's super easy and quick to get to the city centre.
Wir, das sind Penelope und ich, leben hier. :-)
Penelope ist gebürtige Amerikanerin und hat Operngesang hier studiert. Sie unterrichtet jetzt selber Gesang und geht regelmäßig auf Auditions. Sie hat eine irrsinnig positive Energie und ein ansteckendes Lachen. Man kann total viel Spaß mit ihr haben und gleichzeitig ist sie auch eine tolle Zuhörerin.
Ich (Blerta), habe einen außergewöhnlichen Namen und bin Lehrerin. Mir macht das Unterrichten wahnsinnig viel Spaß. In meiner Freizeit mach ich gern Yoga und Crossfit, aber abends ist manchmal auch einfach Netflix angesagt.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir uns mir DIR gut verstehen und so ein richtiges gemeinsam-Leben-Gefühl bekommen. Da wir beide schon busy sind, tratschen wir zwar sehr oft und gern mal in der Küche aber gleichzeitig haben wir gern auch unsere Ruhe. Wir gehen so zwischen 10-11 schlafen (Grannies) weil ich auch früh aufstehen müssen - Partyzeiten sind also schon vorbei. Spaß haben wir trotzdem viel. :-)
Ganz wichtig ist uns Sauberkeit. Wirklich. Wir haben einen Putzplan und der hat bis jetzt auch ganz super funktioniert. Ganz wichtig ist uns auch Kommunikation. Wenn was mal nicht passt, einfach ansprechen.
Aja und vl. noch wichtig: Wir sind in einem Altbau und drum versuchen wir nicht über 21 Grad zu heizen, weil es sonst irrsinnig teuer wird. Also Wollsocken und Pulli anziehen. :-)

Since we are both working this it definitely not a Party-WG. We enjoy talks in the kitchen and we really want to get to know you! At the same time we love our quiet time after a long day at work. We go to bed at like 10-11pm but we still have fuuuun. :-)
