Wir suchen in unserer gemütlichen WG ab 01.06.2021 eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner!
Das Zimmer südseitig und hell, mit Blick ins Grüne (gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park mit Bäumen). Es ist möbliert und hat ein Einzelbett (und zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Gäste-Matratze), einen Schreibtisch mit Sessel, Regal und einen Kleiderschrank.
Außerdem haben wir ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer wo es eine gemütliche Couch, einen großen Esstisch und auch ein E-Piano gibt - mit Kopfhörern, man kann also zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit spielen!

We are looking for a new flatmate in our cosy apartment from 01.06.2021!
The room bright with a view of a small park. It is furnished and has a single bed (and an additional matress for guests), a desk with chair, cupboard and a wardrobe.
We also have a large common living room with a comfortable couch and also an electric piano - with headphones, so you can play at any time!
Die Lage ist super, es ist eine ruhige Gegend und trotzdem zentrumsnah, in 15min ist man mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt.
Es gibt sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen (U3, Straßenbahnen 2, 44, verschiedene Busse, ...) die in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Gleich ums Eck gibts außerdem einen Billa, Hofer, Dm, BIPA und noch verschiedenes mehr. In der Nähe sind einige Restaurants und Heurigenlokale und auch ins Grüne ist es nicht weit (Nähe Steinhofgründe, Schloss Wilhelminenberg mit tollem Blick über Wien).

The location is great, it is a quiet area and yet close to the center, in 15min you can reach the city center with the subway.
There are very good public transport connections (U3, trams 2, 44, ...) which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Just around the corner there is also a Billa, Hofer, Dm, BIPA and many more. There are also a lot of nice restaurants and "Heurigenlokale" (typical austrian restaurants) nearby.
Nature is not far away either (near Steinhofgründe, Schloss Wilhelminenberg with a great view over Vienna).
Wir sind Mitte 20 und studieren (Franzi) bzw. sind berufstätig (Miri & Khatia). Weil Khatia im Mai zurück nach Georgien und Franzi im Juni nach einem Auslandssemester zurück nach Deutschland geht, wird das Zimmer ab 1.6.2021 frei.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und gemütlich, besonders das große Wohnzimmer (südseitig) wo wir auch gerne mal gemeinsam essen und auf unserem Beamer Filme schauen. Franzi und Miri sind seit dem Lockdown auch im Strickfieber, in der Miete ist darum auch mindestens eine selbstgestrickte Mütze (und vielleicht auch mal ein Pulli) inkludiert ;)
Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und getrenntem WC. Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger und alles was man sonst noch so braucht.

We are in our mid-20s and are studying (Franzi) or working (Miri & Khatia). Khatia is going back to Georgia in May and Franzi is going back to Germany in June after a semester abroad, so the room will be available from 1.6. 2021.
The flat is quiet, bright and cosy, especially the large living room (south-facing) where we like to eat together and watch films on our beamer. Since the lockdown, Franzi and Miri have also been in knitting fever, so the rent includes at least one self-knitted hat (and maybe a jumper) ;)
We have a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. There is also a washing machine, kettle, microwave, hoover and everything else you need.
