Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG (mit Aufzug) und ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung, bestehend aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Zugang zu den 2 Balkonen (südlich ausgerichtet), einem WC, einem großen Bad mit Fenster, und 2 gleich großen Schlafzimmern (nördlich ausgerichtet).
Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als 9m2 (1.95m x 4.80m), und somit eher klein und fein. Dadurch, dass die Wohnküche sehr offen und hell ist, würde man aber wahrscheinlich mehr Zeit hier verbringen. Im Moment befinden sich noch ein Kleiderschrank und ein Regal im Zimmer, die bei Bedarf übernommen werden können, sonst ist das Zimmer unmöbliert; der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
The flat is on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and consists of 3 rooms: a very big and open kitchen and living area with 2 balconies (facing south), a toilet, a big bathroom with a window, and 2 bedrooms of the same size (facing north).
The room is a bit bigger than 9m2 (1.95 x 4.80), and thus rather cute and small. However, as the living area is super open and bright you would spend more time here I guess. At the moment there´s a wardrobe and a shelf in the room which you can keep if you want, otherwise the room is empty, the rest of the flat is furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße neben der Ottakringer Brauerei im 16. Bezirk, der eine sehr hippe, lockere Atmosphäre hat. In weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Tramlinien 9, 44, und 46, die U6 Stationen Josefstädterstraße und Thaliastraße sind ca 12min entfernt. Außerdem erreicht man den Bahnhof Ottakring in ca 15min.
Nicht weit weg befindet sich der Brunnenmarkt und der Yppenplatz (15min zu Fuß), der im Sommer super ist um etwas essen oder trinken zu gehen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe (Billa 5min, Lidl 10min).
The flat is located near to the Ottakringer Brewery in the 16th district, which is a young, and laid-back area. In less than 5min walking you can reach the Tram lines 9, 44, and 46m, in about 12min the U6 stations Josefstädterstraße and Thaliastraße, and in 15min the Ottakringer trainstation.
Also close to the flat (15min walking) are the Brunnenmarket and the Yppenplatz, a nice place to get some dinner or drinks in the summer.
Grocery shops are also close by (Billa 5min, Lidl 10min).
Zur Zeit wohne ich (Jessi, 24) alleine in der Wohnung, es war allerdings von Anfang an der Plan das eine Zimmer unter zu vermieten. Ich bin Doktorandin am AKH und arbeite somit Vollzeit. In meiner Freizeit koche und backe ich gerne. Ich würde sagen im Großen und Ganzen bin ich eine eher gelassene Mitbewohnerin, und bin offen für viele Dinge.
Ich würde jemanden in meinem Alter suchen, bevorzugt jemanden der auch arbeitet. Generell fände ich es schön, wenn es keine Zweck-WG wäre und man auch Sachen zusammen unternimmt.
At the moment I (Jessi, 24) am living in this flat by myself, however it has always been the plan to rent out the other room. I am a PhD Student at the AKH and I am working fulltime. When I´m home I like to cook and bake. Overall, I would say I am a rather relaxed flatmate and I am open for many things.
I am looking for someone around my age, who preferably also works. It would be nice if instead of just flatmates, we would be more like friends.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Dachgeschoss und hat Außenrollos und eine Klimaanlage.
Das Sofa ist zum ausziehen, solltest du also Besuch haben können hier 2 Personen schlafen.
Im Innenhof gibt es einen Fahrradständer.
Ich habe leider keinen guten Tag gewählt um Fotos zu machen (gerade vom Balkon), aber ich verspreche, dass es umso schöner ist wenn die Sonne scheint.
The flat has automatic blinds in the living room and an AC.
The sofa can be converted into a bed, so if you have friends over 2 people can sleep there.
In the inner courtyard there´s a bike rack.
I didn´t choose the best day to take photos (especially of the balcony) but I promise the flat is even nicer when the sun is shining.
