Ich vermiete ab Mitte März/April ein ca. 21m² großes Zimmer. Es ist möbliert und sehr hell - und die ganze Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, also bereit, bezogen zu werden :)
Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Heizung und auch WLAN schon inkludiert. Die Küche hat Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr etc. Auch einen Staubsauger gibt‘s, Waschküche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Bad (ganz neu) und Toilette sind getrennt.

Hey there! I‘m renting out a furnished room in a flatshare of three rooms. It has 21m². The flat has bath/toilet, a store room and of course a kitchen. There you‘ll find everything you need - coffee mashine, dishwasher,.... of course there‘s also a vacuum cleaner and even bedclothes - the flat is ready to be moved in (the price is all inclusive, also WIFI)! Supermarkets, drug stores and Fitness center are in the closest neighborhood and tram number 44 is just downstairs around the corner. It takes you to U6 Alser Straße in a few minutes or directly to Schottentor/University in 10 minutes.
Quasi vor der Haustür befindet sich die 44-er Station Frauengasse. Mit der Straßenbahn erreicht ihr sehr schnell die U6 Alser Straße und natürlich direkt das Schottentor, also Hauptuni in 15 Minuten; die Linien 2 und 9 sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Lidl und FitInn sind auch gegenüber, SPAR, BILLA und BIPA befinden sich in unmittelbarer Gehweite.
In den anderen beiden Zimmern wohnen Marta, die nach ihrem Erasmus-Semester in Wien jetzt noch ein Praktikum hier macht und Matthias, der gerade eingezogen ist, aber schon seit 2021 Publizistik studiert. Wichtig ist uns das Sauberhalten der gemeinsamen Räume. Wir sind gesellig, sitzen auch gern mal zusammen, respektieren aber auch immer das Ruhebedürfnis der anderen :)
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Wenn ihr gerade nicht in Wien sein solltet, machen wir auch gerne eine Online-Besichtigung aus.
Die Miete ist vorerst mal auf drei Jahre befristet, eine Verlängerung sollte an sich aber kein Problem sein. Haustiere sind leider keine erlaubt. Es gibt einen Lift und ein kleines Kellerabteil.
