Die Wohnung, in die wir ab Anfang Dezember einziehen werden, wird zur Zeit noch renoviert, das heißt, dass wir selbst noch nicht dort wohnen. Wir haben aber mit dem Makler ausgemacht, dass wir jederzeit vorbeischauen und alles anschauen können. Es geht wirklich schnell voran und scheint wirklich schön zu werden. Zur Zeit ist es nach Plan so, dass die Wohnung bis spätestens 1. Dezember fertig und bezugsbereit ist.
Das Zimmer, das wir vermieten wollen, ist 12 qm groß und die Miete beträgt 310€ inkl. Betriebskosten. Was da aber noch nicht mit eingerechnet ist, sind Kosten wie Internet, Heizung und Strom. Das wird dann nach dem Einzug geklärt 😄 (Da meine Schwester seit einem Jahr in der Wohnung direkt darunter wohnt kann ich aber ca. abschätzen, dass das so ca. 50€ pro Monat pro Person sein werden - also wäre die Gesamtmiete ungefähr 360€)
The apartment is still in the final phase of renovation. Accordingly, we are not living there yet. If everything goes according to plan (which it seems to be), the workers will finish by Nov 31, the latest.
The room that we're subletting has 12m^2 and rent will be €310. We estimate the remaining monthly expenses (heating, power & internet) to be around €50.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Straßenbahnstation Frauengasse in Ottakring. Die Lage und die Anbindung sind super, es gibt 3 Straßenbahnlinien in der Nähe (44, 2, 46) die direkt ins Zentrum fahren und die U6 und die U3 sind auch nicht weit weg. In der Nähe gibt es einen Billa, Lidl und einen Hofer, also zum Einkaufen auch optimal gelegen ☺️
The apartment is located within 1min walking distance to the tram station Frauengasse in Ottakring. The location and connection to the city center are great. There are three trams in close proximity (lines 44, 2, 26) that go directly into the inner city. The two metro lines U6 and U3 are also close by. Various grocery stores such as Billa, Lidl or Hofer are within close walking distance.
Zu uns: Ich (24 und aus OÖ) studiere Deutsch und Geschichte Lehramt und der Thomas (25 und aus Stmk) Vwl an der WU. Wir kennen uns aus Studentenheimzeiten und gehn gerne fort, fahrn auf Urlaub und unternehmen gerne Dinge, die man in Wien so tun kann 😄 Wir suchen niemanden für eine Zweck-WG sondern wollen schon, dass wir gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.

About us: I am 24 years old and study teaching (German/History) at University of Vienna. Thomas is 25 and studies Economics at WU. We used to live together in a dormitory and like to go out, go on vacation together or just hang out and enjoy Vienna 😄. We're looking for an open-minded, outgoing flatmate, who's also down to spend some time together :)
