Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und hat den kürzesten Weg zu Küche, Bad und Eingangstür. Aktuell ist es mit Schreibtisch (gern inklusive PC), Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regalen, Ausziehcouch und Futon voll möbliert. Während der Zwischenmiete würde ich das auch gern so belassen, natürlich ohne den Inhalt. Eine Wand ziert ein Wandbild, das eine Freundin extra dort angebracht hat.
Durch das Nordseite Erdgeschoßfenster ist es nicht gerade der beste Ort für Pflanzen, die viel Licht brauchen. Menschen können sich dafür jederzeit in das frei benutzbare Parklet direkt vor der Tür begeben.
The room is 15m² in size and has the shortest way to kitchen, bathroom, and the entry. Currently the furniture consists of a desk (including the PC if you like), a wardrobe, a sideboard, shelves, a couch bed a futon. During the sublease, I would like to keep it that way. One wall is decorated by a painting specifically designed by a friend.
The base floor window looking north makes it not the best room to keep plants that need much light. Humans can use the parklet directly in front of the building to catch some.
Wenn du auf aufwendig verzierte Gründerzeitbauten stehst, wirst du hier wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich. Sind dir aber eine lebendige Nachbar*innenschaft, kulturelle Vielfalt und ein generell buntes Leben wichtiger, kommst du hier voll auf deine Kosten. Am Brunnenmarkt mit seinem unglaublich breiten Angebot bist du in unter einer Minute, den Kulturhotspot Yppenplatz erreichst du in weniger als 5.
Die U6 Josefstädter Straße ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die Straßenbahn 2 sogar noch näher. Viel besser könnte die Anbindung nicht sein.
If you are looking for ornate old buildings, you will not be happy here. If a lively neighbourhood, cultural diversity, and a generally colourful life are more important to you, you are fully rewarded here. The Brunnenmarkt and its incredibly high range of goods are accessed within a minute, cultural hotspot Yppenplatz is a mere 5 minute walk away.
It takes you 3 minutes to get to the U6 station Josefstädter Straße, tram no. 2 even shorter. Transport connection couldn't be much better.

In dieser Konstellation wohnen wir seit einem halben Jahr, in dem wir uns mal mehr und mal weniger über dem Weg laufen. Generell treffen wir uns aber gern auf ein Bier (oder mehr) in der Küche. Jede*r nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen und Wünschen, Grenzen zu kommunizieren und zu respektieren ist uns allen sehr wichtig. In this constellation we have been living together for 6 months now, meeting sometimes more, sometimes less. Generally, we like to come together in the kitchen for a beer (or more). Each to their own needs and wishes, communicating and respecting boundaries is very important to us. Still, we would be happy to welcome you in the flat's social life.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer unter, während ich das Semester im Ausland bin. Nach meiner Rückkehr habe ich aber vor, bald mit meiner Freundin zusammenzuziehen. Dementsprechend besteht theoretisch die Möglichkeit, mir nach Ende Juni als Mieter*in des Zimmers nachzufolgen. Welche Einrichtung in dem Fall im Zimmer bleibt, können wir uns dann individuell ausmachen. Jedenfalls kannst du die Instrumente, die ich hier lasse, auch verantwortungsvoll verwenden.
I sublet the room while I am abroad for the semester. After my return i am planning to move together with my girlfriend though. So theoretically there is the option of following me as a regular tenant of the room. Which furniture is to remain in the room in this case, we can agree on individually. In any way, you can responsibly use the insteuments I leave here.
