Hallo zusammen :)
Unser lieber Andrea wird mit seiner Partnerin zusammenziehen und deshalb suchen wir eine* neue* Mitbewohner*in. Da er im Moment der Hauptmieter ist, würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir jemanden finden, der oder die bereit ist, diese Rolle zu übernehmen (natürlich werden wir alle möglichst fair zu den WG-Aufgaben beitragen).
Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang März frei sein, aber wir können uns auch auf ein etwas späteres Eintrittsdatum einigen. Es ist 22 Quadratmeter groß, rechteckig und hat ein sehr großes, dreifach verglastes Fenster nach Süden. Das Fenster ist ziemlich neu und sehr gut schallisolierend. Die meisten Möbel, die sich derzeit in dem Zimmer befinden, werden Andrea in die neue Wohnung folgen, aber er wäre bereit, den von ihm gebauten Fensterbalkon und die Regale, die besonders praktisch für Pflanzen und Bücher sind, dort zu lassen, wenn Interesse daran besteht. :) Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Holzboden und viele Steckdosen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit einer modernen Dusche, eine separate Toilette, einen großen Eingangsbereich, der als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird (mit einem zauberhaften, platzsparenden Wäscheständer, den Nora und Nina gebaut haben :)) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die in die Esszimmer-verglaste Loggia mündet.

Hello all :)
Our dear Andrea is going to move with his partner and because of this we are looking for a new flatmate. Since he is at the moment the main tenant we would really appreciate to find somebody who is willing to assume this role (of course we are all going to contribute to the responsibilities).
The room is going to be free from the beginning of March but we can also discuss and agree on a slightly later entrance date. It is 22 squared meters big, rectangular and with a very big three glass south facing window. The window is of new generations and it is very good sound-isolating. Most of the furniture that it is currently in the room is going to follow andrea in the new apartment but he is willing to leave there the window-balcony he built and the shelfs which are particularly practical for plants and books :) The room has a very very nice wooden floor and many electricity plugs that makes it very flexible for the furniture disposition.
The rest of the apartment is composed by a bathroom with a nice shower, a separate toilet, a big entrance which is used also as living room (with a magical space-saving hanging drying rack built by Nora and Nina :)) and a fully furnished kitchen which ends in the dining-room-glassed loggia.

Die Lage ist mit Sicherheit eines der Highlights dieser Wohnung. Der Brunnenmarkt ist nur ein paar Schritte (gerade genug, weit genug, um ihn nicht zu hören :)) und der lebhafte Yppenplatz ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte, Post, DM und Bipa sind alle in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist 30 Sekunden von der Tür entfernt und die U6 Josefstädter Str. ist 7 Gehminuten. Außerdem gibt es im Haus mehrere andere WGs, die oft zu einem Drink bereit sind (man muss nur in die WhatsApp-Gruppe des Gebäudes schreiben :)).

The location is for sure one of the highlights of this flat. The Brunnenmarkt is a few steps away (just enough to not be loud :)) and the lively Yppenplatz is at three minutes walking distance. Supermarkets, post, DM and Bipa are all not more than 5 minutes away. The tram 2 stop is 30 seconds from the door and the U6 Josefstädter Str. is 7 minutes away. Moreover, in the building there are several other WGs which are often ready for a drink (you just need to write in the building WhatsApp group :))

Die Wohnung ist keine Zweck-WG. Natürlich respektieren wir die Privatsphäre und die Zeitplanung der anderen sehr,
kochen und essen aber auch sehr gerne mal gemeinsam bei einem Plausch und einem Bier. Nachhaltigkeit ist für uns ein wichtiges Thema, das wir auch in unserem täglichen Lebensstil zu berücksichtigen versuchen. Wir kochen meist vegetarisch und nutzen Flatastic, um die WG-Kosten im Blick zu behalten. Wir sind sowieso sehr offen für WG-Diskussionen und Treffen, damit sich jede:r mit den Entscheidungen und der Situation wohlfühlen kann. Eine Sache, die wir bei uns nicht wollen, ist Diskriminierung (in jeglicher Hinsicht).
Du würdest einziehen bei...
Nora: sie ist eine Mischung aus Energie und Aufmerksamkeit, die sich wirklich darum kümmert, dass sich jeder wohl fühlt :) Zurzeit arbeitet sie als Serviceleitung in einem neu eröffneten Restaurant und ist immer bereit, eine Mahlzeit mit anderen zu teilen und zu plaudern (in vielen, vielen verschiedenen möglichen Sprachen:)), wenn sie nicht gerade mit ihrem Rennrad zum nächsten grünen Fleck oder zur nächsten Arbeitsschicht fährt. Sie ist ein großer Fan von Inklusion, Achtsamkeit, Tanzen, Singen und Gitarrenspiel (das sollte sie öfter tun!).
Nina: Lebensenthusiastin und Weltenbummlerin mit einer Leidenschaft für Musik und Tanz. Sie bezahlt ihre Rechnungen mit Haareschneiden im 2. Bezirk und leitet eine inklusive Tanzgruppe. Es wird ihr nie an Lust fehlen, etwas über dich oder andere zu erfahren. Sie mag Gruppen und laute Menschenmengen, aber auch Nachdenken und Malen im Alleingang :)

The flat is not a Zweck WG. Even tough we are very respectful of the other people's private sphere and time, we definitely
enjoy cooking and eating together sharing a chat and a beer. Sustainability is an important topic for us which we try to address also with our daily life style. Mostly we cook vegetarian and we are using Flatastic to keep track of the WG costs. We are anyway very open for WG discussions and meetings so that everybody can feel comfortable with the decisions and the situation. One thing that we would not be willing to accept with us would be discrimination (in any sense) and disrespectful attitudes :)
You would move in with...
Nora: she is a mix of energy and attention who really cares about everybody feeling comfortable :) Currently service leiter in a newely open restaurant, she is always ready to share a meal and chat (in many, many different possible languages:)) if she is not riding her racer to get to the next green spot or the next work shift. She really likes inclusivity ,awareness, dancing, singing and guitar playing (she should do it more often !) !
Nina: life-enthusiast and world-curious with a passion for music and dancing. She pays her bills cutting hair in the 2.district and coaching an inclusive dance group. She will never lack the desire to know something about you or about something. She likes groups and loud crowds but also reflecting and painting something on her own :)
