- ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad + WC (getrennt)
-Kosten: 380€ kalt (+Nebenkosten werden grad neu berechnet ca. 450€ warm [Strom, Wasser, WLAN])
-Lage: 16. Bezirk (5 Minuten zur U-Station Ottakring, 2 Minuten zu den Straßenbahnlinien 2,44,46 oder Bus 10 A)
- Von: ca.13.09 bis Mitte Jänner (also 4 Monate)

since I am planning a stay abroad in the winter semester, we are looking for a temporary tenant during the time I am away.
Here is some information (for more detailed questions just write me)
About the apartment:
-a bright, furnished room (wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, desk) about 11 sqm is waiting for you
- a large living room, kitchen, bathroom + toilet (separate)
-costs: 380€ cold (+additional costs are just recalculated about 450€ warm [electricity, water, WLAN])
-location: 16th district (5 minutes to the underground station Ottakring, 2 minutes to the streetcar lines 2,44,46 or bus 10 A)
- From: ca.13.09 to mid January (so 4 months)
Zum WG Leben:
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Viktoria, einer sehr lieben Südtirolerin teilen. Sie ist 23, Studentin und berufstätig, weshalb sie unter der Woche nicht so viel in der Wohnung ist. Viki ist gerne kreativ, trinkt gerne mal einen Aperol, geht auch mal feiern, weiß aber auch die ruhigen Stunden in der Wohnung nach einem stressigen Berufstag zu schätzen, weshalb ihr Sauberkeit, ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang und gegenseitige Sympathie sehr wichtig ist.
Wichtig fürs Zusammenleben:
-Rücksicht
-Sauberkeit
-kein Rauchen in der Wohnung (Wohnung hat einen Innenhof)

You would share the apartment with Viktoria, a very dear South Tyrolean. She is 23, a student and working, which is why she is not in the apartment so much during the week. Viki likes to be creative, enjoys drinking an Aperol, goes out partying sometimes, but also appreciates the quiet hours in the apartment after a stressful day at work, which is why cleanliness, considerate treatment and mutual sympathy are very important to her.
