As I am going to Valencia for 5 months, I am looking for someone to rent out my rooms. I have two rooms all to myself, the 7 m2 bedroom which is out back so it's nice and quiet and my 21 m2 living room. We have one bathroom including a shower and toilette and one spare bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, air fryer, soda stream, toaster, kettle etc.
Even though you do have a lot of space to yourself, it is important to know that this is a flat share and we're very much looking for someone social and not someone who simply can't afford to live by themselves and are looking for the next best thing.
There is also a little shared patio where you can smoke or just hang out and have a cup of coffee and chat to our neighbour.
Even though the flat is on the ground floor I wouldn't say it is accessible housing as the hall way is quite tight. There is an outdoor spot for bikes (you could use mine if you fix it first, lol) as well as a space in the basement to park your ride.
We live in the 16th district called Ottakring (about 800 metres walk to the brewery!) and close to Yppenplatz which is quite a cool area to live and to go out for a beer or two in the evenings. I do have table tennis rackets and balls if you wanna go and play a round or two.
We live right in between Ottakringer Straße, Neulerchenfelder Straße and Brunnenmarkt (which is a huge farmers market open Monday - Saturday) so anything you could possibly need is close by.
The U6 Josefstätterstraße is 8 minutes walking.
The 2 Tram is 2 minutes walking.
The 44 Tram is 4 minutes walking.
The 46 Tram is 6 minutes walking.
The 33 is 8 minutes walking.
The 5 is 10 minutes walking.
The 43 Tram is 10 minutes walking.
As you can tell there is loads of public transport near by.
There is two of us living here and as I am going away you will be sharing the flat with Paul! He's is 24, studies mathematics (don't judge yet!) and he is Austrian. Not only Austrian but from Vorarlberg, very close to the Swiss boarder which makes his dialect quite strong but he tries his very hardest to speak "high" German for me to understand him, lol. He did spend a year in Finland so if you speak any Finnish he'd very much appreciate the practice! He's very much into playing spike ball (he's got his own set and I am sure he will love to play with you!), online gaming so naturally his English is immaculate and please do yourself a favour and go out clubbing with him because he used to do break dancing and got the most amazing moves. Genuinely he is just amazing and is a very social person who always welcomes you to hang out or listens to you having a rant (or cry) but at the same time appreciates alone time.
He really doesn't like being photographed but there are a couple of pictures of us having fun, lol. The second one is my 25th birthday and I very much like to dress up and he would much rather not, haha, but he is always a good sport and does my silly crime dinner parties with me.
But: Who are you? What should you be like to be worthy to move into my rooms? I am only joking, but if you're honest, out-going, reliable and willing to sit down with Paul and design his ESO's characters new uniform I am sure you two will get along perfectly :)
Also, I do have a few plants so I'd very much appreciate someone who could keep them alive. Also, I am a very clean person myself and I would like for you to look after my stuff. Therefore I am asking for a 200 € deposit (which you will receive back as soon as you move out) and I will also suspend a contract.
I will obviously move a lot out (like clothes and stuff) for you to have some space but I am happy for you to use all my towels, bed sheets and stuff.
I am looking for someone from the ≈ 15th August 2022 - ≈ 31st January 2023.
