Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr netten Gegend: Im 16. Bezirk, sehr Nahe (2 Min) des Yppenplatzes (ein fancy-artsy Treffpunkt) und ca 1 Min entfernt vom Brunnenmarkt, wo es an jedem Werktag frisches Gemüse, Obst und leckeres Essen zu kaufen gibt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 23m2 groß, hell, mit zwei Fenstern in einer WG. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, zwei getrennt begehbare Toiletten, eine Küche mit allem was man so braucht. Und dann gibt s noch ein paar sehr nette Mitbewohner - Martin (Musiker), Bela (grafik-designer), Ilay (bildende Künstlerin und Musikerin) und Igor (Photograph), alle so um die 30. Klar gibt es auch WLAN.
Da ich umziehe in meine eigene Wohnung ist das Zimmer dann relativ leer - das Bett bleibt natürlich drinnen, es wird aber auch Platz zum Klamotten verstauen und ein kleines Plätzchen zum Schreiben geben - und die ein oder andere nette Pflanze :) Natürlich kannst du auch in der Küche sein/sitzen/spielen/reden und auch in den anderen shared-rooms der Wohnung!

You would live in a very nice area: the 16. district, very close to Yppenplatz (which is a very fancy-artsy meeting space), next to Brunnenmarkt, which is open every day (despite sunday).
Your room is around 23m2, bright, with two windows, in a shared flat. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, two restrooms, a kitchen with everything one needs and some very nice flatmates - Martin (musician), Bela (graphic-designer), Ilay (fine artist and musician) and Igor (photographer), all of them around 30-ish. There is also WLAN/internet.
As I am moving into my new own flat, the room would be quiet empty - but there will be a comfy bed, some space for clothes and laptop-work or writing and one or two lovely plants :) Of course, you can also be/sit/play/talk in the kitchen and the rest of the flat.
