In Ottakring wird für zwei Monate mein Zimmer in einer 5er-WG frei: ab 28. Juli 2022 bis 28. September 2022 (praktisch August und September) in einer Wohlfühl-WG.
Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, durch die zwei großen Fenster hell und ruhig, weil in der Straße wenig Autos fahren - du kannst problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Unsere Wohnung ist etwa 140 qm groß und hat ein Terrasse.
Es wird möbliert vermietet. Zum Nächtigen wird anstelle des Betts ein Lattenrost mit Matratze (140x200) für dich da sein. Wenn du ein Bett oder andere Möbel mitbringen möchtest, lässt sich auch eine Lösung finden.
Aktuell werden im Haus leider Wohnungen ausgebaut. Je nach dem, was für ein früher Vogel du bist, kann es deshalb sein, dass dich Baulärm weckt. Manchmal leider sehr nervig, manchmal eine willkommene Aufstehhilfe. Zum Glück ist das nicht jeden Tag so und über den Winter ist es vermutlich auch wieder weniger.

My room in Ottakring will be free between 28th. July and 28th. September. You will live in a shared flat with 5 people.
The room has 18 sqm it`s bright and quiet due to the calm street, so it`s no problem to sleep with an open window.
The flat has around 140 sqm and has a terrace.
The room will be furnished but instead of the bed, there will be a slatted frame with a mattress (140x200). If you want to bring some funiture with you, we will find place for them.
Currently some flats in the house gets renovated. Up to when you get up, it can be that you`ll be woken up by construction noise. Sometimes it`s really annoying, sometimes it`s a helping for getting up. Luckily they`re not working everyday and hopefully during wintertimes it gets less again.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Wilhelminenstraße.
Öffis: Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station Ottakring sind es knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß, dafür fährt die nächste Bim (2er) gleich ums Eck, 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die 44er und 46er Bim sind in 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
Meistens sind wir aber mit dem Rad unterwegs. Über die Hasnerstraße (Fahrradstraße) gehts geschwind zum Gürtel, zur Mahü oder zum Kanal.
Und hey: auch das Grüne ist nicht weit. Das Wilhelminenschloss ist über einen Weg zwischen Weinreben in einer halben Stundezu erreichen. Dort gibt es eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und dahinter beginnt der Wiener Wald.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibts zu genüge. Der nächste Billa ist 100 m entfernt und auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn gibts noch weitere Möglichkeiten dem Konsum zu frönen (dm, SPAR, Denn´s,..).

The flat is in a side street of Wilhelminenstraße.
public transport: the nearest metro station Ottakring you can reach in less than 10 minutes. The next 2er tram station is nearby, reachable in 2 minutes and the 44er and 46er Tram are reachable in 7 minutes.
In our daily life we`re using the bike - the Hasnerstraße (street for bikes primarily) is not far. In 15-20 minutes you are in the city center.
In half an hour you can walk to the Wilhelminenschloss where you have a nice view over the city, you come along wine fields and behind the castle the woods begins.
There are many shops around, BILLA is nearby 100 m far and on the way to the metro station is a dm, SPAR, Denn`s...
WG-Leben
Du wirst mit Sim, Sinem und Yigit zusammenleben. Alle studieren (und arbeiten), machen Unterschiedliches aber die Kunst verbindet sie.
Wir leben in einer ungezwungenen, bewussten Weise zusammen, teilen uns das Essen, erinnern uns freundlich gegenseitig ans Putzen und erfreuen uns an der Terrasse.
FLINTA*s bevorzugt, aber wir freuen auf alle offenen Menschen.

You will live with Sim, Sinem andYigit. They`re all studying (and working). During the day everybody is follwing his own interests but in the end art is connecting them.
We live in an unforced, awared way together. We share the food, are reminding us friedly to clean a bit and like to sit together on the terace.
We are searching prefered FLITA*s but are open for every open-minded persons.
