Unsere WG befindet sich in einem gepflegten Neubau und verfügt über ein Esszimmer, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschtrockner, ein separates WC, 2 Abstellräume, ein großes Kellerabteil und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Room 2 is very luminous and it is south-exposed. It is free from the 1st of September and it is be given totally furnished (excluded the hammock). The costs for all the furnitures is 400 (for the wardrobe, bed, table, chair, shelf, carpet and lamp). It can be visited from the 27th June.
The flat is in a nice Neubau and it has dining room, bathroom with bathtub and washingmaschine (which is also a dryer), a toilet, two storage rooms, kitchen with all that is necessary and a cellar.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Lidl, Spar, Hofer,...), diverse Bars & Restaurants sowie Bank & Poststellen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Auch das Kongressbad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (~350m) sowie das USI Sportzentrum (10 Minuten mit dem Bus). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten (und trotzdem ruhigen) Lage:

In the neighbourhood there are many supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Also banks and post are close. A big outdoor swimmingpool is 350 m from home and also the sport center of the main university (USI).
The flat is in a well connected but quiet place. There is the bus 10A, the tram 43 and 2 and the train station Hernals within 5 minutes walking (time to arrive to the main university with tram 12 minutes,). The metro station U3 Ottakring and U6 AlserSTrasse are 15 minutes walking.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Lisa (22) studiert Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie an der Universität Wien, sie ist eine ruhige, nette Person und freut sich über Mitbewohner, mit denen man auch ab und an etwas unternehmen kann, wie z.B. zusammen zu kochen.
Wir suchen nur Nichtraucher und Leute, die ruhig und rücksichtsvoll sind, insbesondere nachts.
Auch der Haushalt wird gemeinsam gemacht und die Arbeit wird fair aufgeteilt.
Die Person sollte für mindestens 6 Monate in der Wohnung bleiben.
Die Miete beträgt für jedes Zimmer 460 Euro warm - in dieser ist bereits alles inkludiert (Gas, Strom, Internet)
Die Kaution beträgt jeweils 1000 Euro und ist an den Vormieter zu bezahlen.
