Mein großes und sonniges Zimmer wird aufgrund eines Praktikums für den Zeitraum 01. August 2022 bis Ende Jänner 2023 frei. Das Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und ist voll ausgestattet: 180 x 200 cm Bett, großer beleuchteter Kleiderschrank, großer Schreibtisch, große ausziehbare Couch, Regale und ein großer Fernseher.
Es gibt viel Stauraum und einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank in diesem Zimmer - wie viel du davon brauchst bzw. wie viel Platz ich für dich machen soll können wir dann noch genau besprechen. Ansonsten zeichnet sich mein Zimmer durch das himmlischste Bett auf Erden aus, das glücklicherweise auch in Richtung Fernseher positioniert ist. Allgemein kann man sagen, dass das Zimmer viel Platz zum verstauen, socializen oder auch einfach chillen bietet.
Zur Wohnung selbst: She's old but gold.
Liebevoll von uns eingerichtet, ist diese Wohnung in den letzten zwei Jahren zu einem wahren Zuhause geworden. Die Küche bietet viel Platz für Koch- oder Spielabende unter Kerzenschein und Lichterketten. Da bei uns allgemein sehr viel gekocht wird, haben wir dahingehend auch eine große Auswahl an Küchenutensilien, mit denen dir wirklich jede Speise gelingt. Unsere Dusche sieht aus wie im Freibad, weshalb wir sie auch als eines der Highlights dieser Wohnung zählen. Daneben gibt es noch das Partyklo, geschmückt mit einem Telefon und einem Poster von Shirin David. Und keine Sorge wenn es dringend wird und das Partyklo besetzt ist: Es gibt auch noch ein zweites, normales WC. Darüber hinaus kannst du morgens deinen Kaffee auf unserer Terrasse genießen oder es dir auch einfach zum lesen gemütlich machen. Manche Leute würden sich sicher auch bräunen in der Sonne, aber ich bin leider rothaarig.

My large and sunny room is vacant due to an internship for the period 01 August 2022 until the end of January 2023. The room is 25 sqm and is fully equipped: 180 x 200 cm bed, large lighted closet, large desk, large pull-out couch, shelves and a large TV.
There is a lot of storage space and a very large closet in this room - how much of the storage room you need or how much space I should make for you, we can still discuss later. Otherwise, my room is characterized by the most heavenly bed on earth, which is fortunately also positioned in the direction of the TV. In general, you can say that the room offers a lot of space for storage, socializing or just chilling.
About the apartment itself: She's old but gold.
Lovingly decorated by us, this apartment has become a true home in the last two years. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking or game nights under candlelight and fairy lights. Since we cook a lot in general, we have a wide selection of kitchen utensils that will make any meal a success. Our shower looks like an outdoor pool, which is why we count it as one of the highlights of this apartment. Next to it is the party bathroom, decorated with a telephone and a poster of Shirin David. And don't worry if it gets urgent and the party loo is occupied: there is also a second, normal toilet. In addition, you can enjoy your coffee on our terrace in the morning or just make yourself comfortable to read. Some people would certainly also tan in the sun, but I am unfortunately red-haired.
Eine Bierbrauerei, die Mannerfabrik und der Brunnenmarkt. Was will man mehr?
Für viele mag der 16. Bezirk - welcher übrigens nach der Marke der obengenannten Bierbrauerei benannt ist - zwar nicht als zentralste Lage gelten, jedoch ist man bei uns perfekt an die Innenstadt angebunden:
So sind die Straßenbahnlinien 44 und 46 quasi vor der Haustür (welche beide in die Innenstadt führen), die Station Ottakring der U3 ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt und die Buslinie 10A ist auch innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man von uns aus auch sehr schnell in Wien unterwegs, da sich sehr nah bei uns eine Fahrradstraße (Hasnerstraße) befindet, welche Richtung Innenstadt führt.
Darüber hinaus hat der 16. Bezirk auch noch andere Schmankerl zu bieten: Der Brunnenmarkt, der Yppenplatz oder auch einer schneller Trip ins Grüne sind einfach zu erreichen. So bietet der 16. Bezirk eine Vielzahl an Freizeitaktivitäten und bietet gleichzeitig richtiges Stadt-Feeling.

A brewery, the Manner factory and the Brunnenmarkt. What more could you want?
For many, the 16th district, which is named after the brand of the brewery I just named, may not be the most central location, but we are perfectly connected to the city center:
The tram lines 44 and 46 are almost at the doorstep (which both lead to the city center), the station Ottakring of the U3 is 8 minutes away by foot and the bus line 10A is also within a few minutes. By bike you can also get around Vienna very quickly, as we are very close located to a bicycle street (Hasnerstraße), which leads towards the city center.
In addition, the 16th district has other delicacies to offer: Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz or even a quick trip into the green are easy to reach. Thus, the 16th district offers a variety of leisure activities and at the same time offers real urban feeling.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist sehr herzlich und innig. Daher verbringen wir viel Zeit miteinander in der Küche, aber auch oft in den einzelnen Zimmern. So war gerade mein (bzw. dein) Zimmer in Vergangenheit auch oft mal das Wohnzimmer, wo wir gemeinsam schöne Filmabende verbracht haben. Auch gemeinsame Kochabende mit Drinks oder Spieleabende gehören bei uns dazu. Aber natürlich verbringen wir auch alle mal gerne Zeit alleine in unseren Zimmern und genießen die Privatsphäre.
Meine Mitbewohner:innen Lisa (Lehramt Physik & Mathe), Oliver (Lehramt Sport & Physik) und Johanna (Master Internationale Entwicklungen) sind alle drei noch Student:innen. Ich selber studiere Marketing und Sales. Dahingehend sind wir hier ein sehr bunter Mix an verschiedenen Fachrichtungen. Mehr über deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen kannst du in einem Videocall oder Besuch erfahren.
Wir achten auch sehr auf Sauberkeit und würden uns das auch von dir wünschen. Putzplan gibt es an und für sich keinen, da sich das bei uns ohnehin von allein am Wochenende (oder wann auch immer wir Zeit haben) ergibt.
Darüber hinaus haben wir sowas wie eine Terrasse, auf der wir auch mal gerne Zeit verbringen oder auch einfach Wäsche aufhängen.

Life in our shared flat is very warm and intimate. That's why we spend a lot of time together in the kitchen, but also often in the individual rooms. In the past, my (or your) room was often "considered" the living room (since I have a TV), where we spent nice movie nights together. Also, common cooking evenings with drinks or game nights are part of our life together. But of course we all like to spend time alone in our rooms and enjoy the privacy. In general, we also cook a lot, so we have a variety of different kitchen appliances with which any dish can be cooked.
My roommates Lisa (Physics & Maths), Oliver (Sports & Physics) and Johanna (Master of International Development) are all still students. I myself study Marketing and Sales. So we are a very colorful mix of different disciplines here. You can find out more about your future roommates in a video call or visit.
We also pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and would like you to do the same. We don't have a cleaning schedule, because it happens on weekends (or whenever we have time) anyway.
In addition, we have something like a terrace, where we also like to spend time or simply hang laundry.
