Unsere WG löst sich zum 30. Juli auf, da Martina und Nils ihr Studium beenden und ins Ausland gehen, und Johanna nach Jahren des WG-Lebens gerne mal alleine wohnen möchte. Da Nils schon ab dem 1. Juli auszieht, suchen wir für diesen Zeitraum eine Person zur Zwischenmiete!
Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Es bietet aus luftiger Höhe im dritten Stock einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Wilhelminenberg und den großen, grünen Platz (mit Spielplatz) vor der Haustür.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit die Schlafcouch und den Schrank im Eingang fürs Zimmer zu verwenden.
Alle Zimmer in der Wohnung sind getrennt begehbar, den ganzen Tag über sehr hell und bieten einen schönen Weitblick.
Bei der Wohnung handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau im dritten Stock (leider ohne Lift), wodurch die Decken angenehm hoch sind. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Vorraum mit Couch, Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), Bad und separatem WC. Das Haus hat einen grünen Innenhof, der sehr gepflegt ist und in dem man sehr gut entspannen kann. Dort steht auch unser Grill. Kellerabteil und Fahrradständer im Hof, aber auch vorm Haus, sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Our shared apartment will dissolve on July 30th as Martina and Nils are finishing their studies and moving abroad, and Johanna, after many years of living in shared apartments, would like to live alone. Since one of our roommates is moving out as early as July 1st, we are looking for someone to sublet their room during this period!
The room is 20 square meters and faces west. From the airy height of the third floor, it offers a breathtaking view of the Wilhelminenberg and the large, green square (with playground) in front of the house.
The room is unfurnished, but there is the possibility to use the sofa bed and the wardrobe in the entrance for the room.
All rooms in the apartment are separately accessible, very bright throughout the day, and offer a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment is a renovated old building on the third floor (unfortunately without an elevator), which means the ceilings are pleasantly high. Additionally, the apartment features a large entrance hall with a couch, a kitchen (including a dishwasher), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The building has a green courtyard that is very well maintained and is a great place to relax. Our grill is also there. There is a basement compartment and bicycle storage in the courtyard, as well as in front of the house.

Wir wohnen direkt an der U3 und der sehr unterschätzten S45. Von hier aus sind alle Unis in circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen und auch nachts kommt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut wieder heim :)
Auch sämtliche Supermärkte, Banken, Drogeriegeschäfte, Libro, Post etc. sind in fußläufiger Nähe vorhanden.
Ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder Bus sind der Wilhelminenberg und die Steinhofgründe zu erreichen, wo es perfekt ist, um in der Natur zu entspannen oder spazieren zu gehen. Das Uni-Sportzentrum Schmelz ist entweder mit einer Busstation oder 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Und über die fahrradfreundliche Hasnerstraße kommt man schnell zum Gürtel!
Generell liegt die Wohnung in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage und auch die Nachbarn sind freundlich und ruhig :)

We live right next to the U3 subway line and the often underestimated S45 train. From here, all universities can be easily reached in about 20-30 minutes, and even at night, it's easy to get back home using public transportation :)
All supermarkets, banks, drugstores, Libro, post office, etc. are also within walking distance.
Wilhelminenberg and Steinhofgründe are also easily accessible by foot, bike, or bus, perfect for relaxing in nature or going for a walk. The University Sports Center Schmelz can be reached either by bus or a 15-minute walk. And via the bike-friendly Hasnerstraße you can quickly get to Gürtel!
Overall, the apartment is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet :)
Du würdest im Juli zusammenwohnen mit:
Anna (34), studiert Raumplanung und Soziale Arbeit, und arbeitet in der Wohnungslosenhilfe. Sie ist politisch aktiv, radelt tagtäglich in der Stadt herum, hat aus ihrem Zimmer eine Bibliothek gemacht und die beste vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht. Manchmal verzweifelt sie an der (welt-)politischen Lage, schafft es aber trotzdem, sich ihren Idealismus und ein bisschen Hoffnung zu bewahren.
Johanna (26) studiert Psychologie und probiert Zuhause gerne neue vegane & vegetarische Gerichte aus. Am Wochenende geht sie auf den ein oder anderen Rave, in (queere) Bars oder ist in der Natur unterwegs. Mit all den Instrumenten in ihrem Zimmer könnte man eine Band gründen. Die spielt sie aber meist eh nur mit Kopfhörern, du brauchst dir also keine Sorgen um deinen Schlaf machen!
Martina (25) studiert Soziale Arbeit und Internationale Entwicklung. Sonst ist sie gern Outdoor unterwegs (Kiten, Wandern, Snowboarden, Radln, Spiken, Basketball ...) und näht Klamotten, bastelt oder fechtet. Ihre Leidenschaft zum Reisen setzt sie gerne mit Bahn und Schiff um und nicht einmal auf Sizilien darf ihr eigenes Rad fehlen.
Da sich unsere WG gerade auflöst, ist unser WG-Leben nicht mehr so aktiv, für einen netten Plausch in der Küche sind wir aber trotzdem immer zu haben.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, es kann aber direkt vor der Wohnungstür im Hausflur aus dem Fenster raus geraucht werden.

Anna (34) is studying Urban Planning and Social Work while working in a homeless shelter. She is politically active, likes to cycle around the city daily, has turned her room into a library, and brought along the best fully automatic coffee machine. Sometimes she despairs at the (world) political situation but manages to maintain her idealism and a bit of hope nonetheless.
Johanna (26) is studying Psychology and enjoys trying out new vegan and vegetarian dishes at home. On weekends, she attends the occasional rave, visits (queer) bars, or explores nature. With all the instruments in her room, you could start a band, but she mostly plays them with headphones, so you don't need to worry about your sleep!
Martina (25) is studying Social Work and International Development. She loves outdoor activities (kiting, hiking, snowboarding, cycling, spikeball, basketball ...) and also enjoys sewing clothes, crafting, or fencing. She has a passion for traveling by train and ship, and even in Sicily, she can't be without her own bike.
Since our shared apartment is currently dissolving, our shared living life is not as active anymore, but we're always up for a nice chat in the kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke right outside the apartment door in the hallway window.
