Zimmer 1 (~20m²) ist ab 01.09. beziehbar und kann unmöbliert, teilmöbliert oder möbliert abgegeben werden.
Unsere WG befindet sich in einem gepflegten Neubau und verfügt über ein Esszimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein separates WC, 2 Abstellräume, ein großes Kellerabteil und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler.
Besichtigungstermine sind ab sofort möglich.
The room (~20m²) is available from the 1st of September and it will be furnished, partially furnished or empty, whatever you wish. The flat is in a nice Neubau and it has dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (which is also a dryer), a toilet (separate from the bathroom), two storage rooms, a kitchen with a dish washer and a cellar.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Lidl, Spar, Hofer,...), diverse Bars & Restaurants sowie Bank & Poststellen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Auch das Kongressbad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (~650m), sowie das USI Sportzentrum (10 Minuten mit dem Bus). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten (und trotzdem ruhigen) Lage:
Die Buslinie 10A, die Straßenbahnen 43 und 2 sowie der S-Bahnhof Hernals sind innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. (Entfernung mit Straßenbahn 43 zur Hauptuniversität/Innenstadt ~20 Minuten).
Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahn Stationen U3 Ottakring/ U6 Alser Straße sind in 15 bzw. 23 Gehminuten erreicht.
In the neighbourhood there are many supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Also banks and post office are close. A big outdoor swimmingpool is 650 m from home and also the university sport center (USZ).
The flat is in a well-connected but quiet place. There is the bus 10A, the tram 43 and 2 and the train station Hernals within 5 minutes walking (time to arrive to the main university with tram 20 minutes,). The metro station U3 Ottakring and U6 Alserstrasse are within 15 minutes/23 minutes walking-distance.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin (22) studiert Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie an der Universität Wien, sie ist eine ruhige, nette Person und freut sich über MitbewohnerInnen, mit denen man auch ab und an etwas unternehmen kann, wie z.B. zusammen zu kochen oder andere Freizeitaktivitäten.
Es ist sehr wichtig, dass man in der Nacht ruhig ist, sodass alle gut schlafen können und dass man grundsätzlich rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgeht. Wir suchen nur NichtraucherInnen.
Auch der Haushalt wird gemeinsam gemacht und die Arbeit wird fair aufgeteilt, wobei alle darauf achten sollten, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt.
Zukünftige MitbewohnerInnen sollten vorhaben, für mindestens 6 Monate in der Wohnung zu bleiben.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 460 Euro warm - in dieser ist bereits alles inkludiert (Gas, Strom, Internet).
Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro und ist an die Vormieterin zu bezahlen.
