Hello,
As I wont be in Vienna for one month, I´d like to subrent my room. While the room is already very nice, you´ll not believe the beauty of the entire appartment. We have a balcony and a garden and the Steinhofgründe (amazing natural "park") is just 5min by feet away.
You´d share the appartment with Paul. Paul is 33, is working fulltime and is also just finishing his Master in Biology. He´s extremly nice and caring. We both used to have a nice flow of keeping the appartment clean, everybody doing a bit and if times were too stressful we´d just communicate that.
The appartment however is a bit outside, that´s the price you pay for being in the nature. It´ll take you 10-15min by bike to burggasse/Gürtel or 20-25min going up again. However there´s also 2 buslines going up/down. I´ve never seen it as a huge problem, just be aware that it´s not how you´d imagine the 16th district... It´s peacful up here.
Anyway i think the pictures will speak for itself.
