Hallo! Ich suche ab März eine/n Mitbewohner/In. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und hell. Die Wohnung liegt auf 3 Stockwerke verteilt und du hättest dein eigenes Stockwerk. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, hat zwei Fenster und schaut in den Innenhof. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche (40 qm) mit Balkon. Es gibt einem Geschirrspüler!
Ich bin Nichtraucherin. Es darf aber am Balkon geraucht werden. Ich habe einen kleinen Hund. Ich bin berufstätig, mache derzeit aber eine Pause und ca. die Hälfte der Zeit im Ausland. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 460 Euro/Monat inkl. Strom und Gas.
Bei Interesse würde ich mich über eine kurze Beschreibung von dir freuen. Mir ist egal, ob du Student/In oder berufstätig bist, Hauptsache wir verstehen uns gut! :)
