Das Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete ca. von November bis ende Februar zu Vermieten.
Die WG ist mit 96qm ziemlich geräumig für drei Personen. Wir haben ein großes, zentral gelegenes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler) und ein sehr großes und schönes Bad.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 19qm und ist sehr schön und hell da es zwei große Fenster hat. Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert vermietet mit Bett, einem großem schränk mit Spiegel, einem Schreibtisch, einem gemütlichen Vintage Sessel... (alles auf den Fotos zu sehen).
The room is for rent from November until the end of February.
The WG is with 96sqm quite spacious for three people. We have a large, centrally located living room, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a very large and nice bathroom.
The room itself has about 19sqm and is very nice and bright as it has two large windows. The room is rented fully furnished with bed, a large closet with mirror, a desk, a cozy vintage armchair.... (everything can be seen in the photos).
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach wirklich perfekt. Man ist gut angebunden, da man die 46er Straßenbahn quasi direkt vor der Tür hat und auch zur U6 Station Thaliastraße nur 7min zu Fuß braucht. Außerdem ist man in 4 Gehminuten bei der 2er und 9er Straßenbahn und in ca. 7min bei der 44er. Dadurch ist man zum Beispiel in unter 15min beim Volkstheater oder beim Westbahnhof und zur Hauptuni braucht man ca. 20min.
Außerdem haben wir quasi direkt vor der Haustüre einen Spar und einen Billa und zum Brunnenmarkt geht man weniger als 5min zu Fuß. In 10min ist man zu Fuß beim Yppenplatz oder auch im 7ten Bezirk, wo es viele Bars und Restaurants gibt.
The location is really perfect in my opinion. You are well connected, because you have the 46er Tram almost directly in front of the door and also to the U6 station Thaliastraße needs only 7min to walk. In addition, you can reach the 2 and 9 trams in 4 minutes on foot and the 44 line in about 7 minutes. This makes it possible to get to the Volkstheater or the Westbahnhof in less than 15 minutes and to the main university it takes about 20 minutes.
In addition, we have a Spar and a Billa directly in front of the door and the Brunnenmarkt is less than 5 minutes walk. In 10min you can walk to Yppenplatz or to the 7th district, where there are many bars and restaurants.
Ich (Nadine) gehe für 4 Monate nach Neuseeland für ein Praktikum und möchte in der Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Maria und Dominik, 21 und 22. Maria kommt aus München und studiert zurzeit Kunstgeschichte aber möchte ab Herbst auf Landschaftsarchitektur and der BoKu wechseln. Maria ist eine kreative und eher ruhige Person, die aber trotzdem sehr kommunikativ ist und gerne neue Leute kennenlernt. Dominik ist 22, studiert Publizistik und Kunstgeschichte und ist aus Oberösterreich. Er ist ein sehr ausgeschlossener und aktiver Mensch der immer für einen Tratsch in der Küche zu haben ist.
Beide wünschen sich eine WG in der sich jeder wohl fühlt und in der man eine gute Gesprächsbasis hat.
I (Nadine) am going to New Zealand for 4 months for an internship and would like to sublet my room during that time.
My roommates are Maria and Dominik, 21 and 22. Maria is from Munich and is currently studying art history but wants to switch to landscape architecture at BoKu in the fall. Maria is a creative and rather calm person, but still very communicative and likes to meet new people. Dominik is 22, studies journalism and art history and is from Upper Austria. He is a very outgoing and active person who is always up for a chat in the kitchen.
Both are looking for a shared apartment where everyone feels comfortable and where there is a good basis for conversation.
