Hey!
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in Wien für ca. 4 Monate aufgrund eines Auslandspraktikums. Es handelt sich dabei um ein schönes Erkerzimmer in Hernals. Das Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett (1,40m), einen großen Schreibtisch, eine Couch, einen Kasten und ein Bücherregal (, das allerdings voll mit Büchern bepackt ist).
Die Wohnung generell besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, die alle getrennt begehbar sind, einem kleinen, aber feinen Wohnzimmer, Bad, Küche und Toilette in einem extra Raum. Die Räume sind so eingerichtet, dass eigentlich einem es eigentlich an nichts fehlt, also Esstisch im Wohnzimmer oder Kaffeemaschiene, etc... ist alles vorhanden :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 min zu fuß entfernt von der U6 Station Michelbeuern AKH. Straßenbahnstation Vinzenzgasse (Linie 42) und Blumengasse (Linie 9) sind auch jeweils 5 Minuten zu fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung besitzt auch einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem man ein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
Wir sind eine recht gesellige WG, in der wir sehr respektvoll miteinander umgehen, aber sehr viel Spaß gemeinsam haben. Meine Mitbewohner (21, männlich und 23, weiblich) sind beide berufstätig und sehr offene und unkomplizierte Leute. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der einmal in der Woche durchgeführt wird und man kann sich gut untereinander absprechen, falls man kurzfristig von einander braucht.
