Hello everyone!
I’m moving out as I go back to France and I am looking for someone who would take over my room.
The room is small but cozy and it’s fully furnished (curtains, desk, chair, lamp, cupboard, clothes rail, 2-seater mezzanine bed, pillows, duvets), and very sunny. All it needs is someone to move in :D
The rent includes everything (water, heating, internet).
The flat is located in a nice Altbau, on the 1st floor, just on the border of the 16th and 17th district. Hernalser Haupstraße has a lot of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. The tram stop for line 43 is very close (3 minutes) and so is the Hernals station (with tram, busses and train connections). Ottakring station with the U3 metro line is just one train stop away.
This apartment is only for students but still very peacefull as other roommates are often away from home doing something else. Sometimes when we’re all home we do like to hang out, or chat in our kitchen.
You will be sharing the apartment eventually with four other people but two of them may be moving. Currently there's Paolo, Michael, Ines and Joseph. They all speak perfectly English and 3 of them speaks German.
Ines and Michael come from Austria. They are in drama studies. Ines is vegan and Michael is vegetarian.
Paolo is from Germany, he speaks german (obv), English and a bit of French. He is in environmental studies. He likes cooking and going to the gym.
And Joseph is French, he is doing an engineering internship. He's always up for doing something or eating sausages :')
The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. We also have quite spacious balcony with a view to the very quiet inner yard. When it gets a bit warmer the balcony become our living room (with a sofa and two armchairs :D)
Please tell me a bit about yourself, and we can arrange an online viewing for the flat :)
PS. I'm looking for someone ideally for early or mid-August!
