Weil ich von Februar bis einschließlich April für ein Praktikum im Ausland bin, vermiete ich für diese Zeit mein Zimmer in unserer WG.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 24m² und ist nord-westlich ausgerichtet. Drei große Fenster erlauben es dir den ganzen Tag nach draußen zu schauen und weil gegenüber nicht unmittelbar ein weiteres Gebäude ist, hast du bei gutem Wetter Sicht auf die etwas entfernt liegende Natur oder einfach nur den Himmel. Falls du davon genug haben solltest, kannst du mit Außenjalousien dein Zimmer ganz einfach abdunkeln. Weil dein Zimmer hofseitig liegt, ist es außerdem ruhig.
Ich werde dir eine Seite des Kleiderschranks sowie einen Cube am Bett freiräumen, damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast. Außerdem hast du im Zimmer dein eigenes WLAN.
Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche wurde vor 4,5 Jahren neu eingebaut und verfügt über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank sowie drei Gefrierfächer. Außerdem können wir uns über einen Geschirrspüler freuen. Ebenfalls findest du eine Mikrowelle, eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee, einen AirFryer und einen Reiskocher vor. Ansonsten haben wir ein gute Auswahl an Küchenutensilien, Besteck und Geschirr.
Bad und WC sind getrennt. Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, ein Spiegelschrank über dem Waschbecken sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Im Vorraum haben wir eine Garderobe für Jacken und Schuhe sowie ein kleines Sofa.

Because I will be abroad for an internship from February to April, I am renting out my room in our shared flat for this time.
The room is 24m² in size and faces north-west. Three large windows allow you to look outside all day long and because there is not another building directly opposite, you have a view of the distant nature or just the sky in good weather. If you get tired of it, you can easily darken your room with external blinds. Because your room faces the courtyard, it's also quiet.
I will clear one side of the closet and a cube by the bed so that you have space for your things. You also have your own WLAN in your room.
The entire apartment is in good condition. The kitchen was newly installed 4.5 years ago and has a spacious fridge and three freezer compartments. In addition, there is a dishwasher. There is also a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, an AirFryer and a rice cooker. We also have a good selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Bathroom and WC are separate. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower curtain, a mirror cabinet above the washbasin and a washing machine.
In the entrance hall we have a coat rack for jackets and shoes as well as a small sofa.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ortliebgasse an der Ecke zur Ottakringer Straße. Wir wohnen im 6. Stock mit Lift. In der Nähe befinden sich die Straßenbahnlinien 44 und 2. Außerdem kommt man zu Fuß notfalls auch zur U6 Alser Straße oder Josefstädter Straße. Die Fahrzeit zur Uni oder Mahü ist demnach überschaubar.
In der Nähe der Wohnung hast du auch einiges an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dazu gehören Lidl, Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa eine Apotheke und eine wirklich gute Pizzeria (Triangolo). Nicht weit entfernt ist der Brunnenmarkt sowie der Yppenplatz mit diversen Cafés. Außerdem befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Gebäudes ein FitInn.

The apartment is located in Ortliebgasse on the corner of Ottakringer Straße. We live on the 6th floor with elevator. The streetcar lines 44 and 2 are nearby and you can also walk to the U6 Alser Straße or Josefstädter Straße if necessary. The journey time to the university or Mahü is therefore manageable.
There are also plenty of shopping facilities close to the apartment. These include Lidl, Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa, a pharmacy and a really good pizzeria (Triangolo). The Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz with various cafés are not far away. There is also a FitInn on the first floor of our building.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Eva (26) und Clara (19). Eva kommt aus Deutschland und studiert Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften im Master. Ihre Freizeit verbringt sie mit Häkeln und trifft sich gerne mit Freundinnen und Freunden in der Stadt. Clara ist aus Indonesien und studiert ebenfalls Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften im Master. Sie ist auch viel unterwegs oder du findest sie kochend oder backend in der Küche.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch. Die Kommunikation läuft für gewöhnlich auf Englisch und wir sprechen über alles möglich miteinander – was uns gerade so beschäftigt. Ansonsten legen wir großen Wert auf die Privatsphäre jeder einzelnen Person. Man ist also in keiner Weise gezwungen sozial zu sein, wenn man Mal gerade für sich sein möchte.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan in der Wohnung, sind aber alle von der ordentlichen Art. Die Wohnung ist also zum größten Teil in einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand. Es wäre super, wenn du auch darauf achtest.

You live with Eva (26) and Clara (19). Eva comes from Germany and is studying for a Master's degree in Media and Communication Studies. She spends her free time crocheting and enjoys meeting up with friends in the city. Clara is from Indonesia and is also studying for a Master's degree in Media and Communication Studies. She is also out and about a lot or you can find her cooking or baking in the kitchen.
Our shared flat life is very harmonious. Communication is usually in English and we talk to each other about everything possible - whatever is on our minds. Apart from that, we attach great importance to the privacy of each individual person. So you're not forced to be social in any way if you want to keep to yourself.
We don't have a cleaning plan in the apartment, but we're all the tidy type. The apartment is therefore in a satisfactory condition for the most part. It would be great if you kept an eye on it too.
