Ab Anfang Mai wird bei uns ein Zimmer für ein Pärchen oder zwei Freunde/Innen frei. (Bzw eine Person, wobei die Miete gleich bleibt!)
Die Wohnung ist 130qm groß, mit 5 getrennt begehbaren Zimmer. Das freie Zimmer ist 37qm groß, hat einen Erker, schönen Parkettboden und vor allem viel Licht. Es ist zur Zeit möbliert und Übernahme der Möbel wäre möglich. Die Miete beträgt 549 für zwei Leute, somit 274,50 pro Person und Monat, da ist schon alles inkludiert.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche mit Eckbank, zwei Bäder und vor allem jede Menge Gemütlichkeit im Altbauflair. Die Lage ist auch super; es sind nur etwa 200m zur U-Bahnstation Alser Straße, dort hält die U6 und die Straßenbahn 43 mit der man direkt zur Hauptuniveristät und zum Campus kommt. Direkt um die Ecke (2 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es zum Einkaufen einen Hofer und Interspar.
Kurz zu uns: wir sind derzeit (Philipp, Sama, Sören, und Kamal) zu viert.
Philipp, 26, studiert Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie an der Boku. Neben Studium geht er viel klettern und organisiert Openairs. Sören, 27, studiert im Master Psychologie, macht viel Musik. Die dritte im Bunde, Sama, 24, studiert Global Studies an Uni Wien, liebt Sprachen und Musik. Und zu guter Letzt gibt es da Kamal, 28, der leidenschaftlicher Friseur und Philosophiestudent ist.
Wir tauschen uns viel aus in der WG und sitzen gerne in unser Wohnküche zusammen, leben nicht nur nebeneinander her und unternehmen ab und an auch außerhalb der Wohnung etwas.(gelegentliches gemeinsames Klettern, Fortgehen, Konzerte etc.)

we are 4 people in our flat-share at the moment and are looking for a couple or two friends to move in with us.
The room will be free by the beginning May.
About the flat:
The flat is 130 square metres big, has 5 seperate rooms, and two bathrooms. We have a beautiful and big kitchen with a corner seat, two fridges, a freezer and a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine in the apartment. Your room has 37 square metres, lots of light and a really nice oriel, and also wooden floor. The rent is 549 for two people.
Your room is partially furnished.
The U6-Station "Alserstraße" is only 2 minutes away and from there you can also use the tram system (no. 43) to go to the main university (at Schottentor) in only 10 minutes (by bike it takes about 5-10 minutes). On the way there you also pass the "old AKH" which is the main University's campus, as well as the NIG.
For shopping there are two supermarkets (Hofer & Interspar) within a distance of 300m as well as some other food-stores, that have Arabian, Asian, etc. food. The "Westbahnhof", where most of the trains leave, is only 4 Stations away.
And now some facts about us : )
Sören, 27, studies Psychology and is really into music. He has a singer-songwriter band where he plays the guitar and sings and another one in which he plays the drums.
Philipp, 26, is studying Chemistry and Biotechnology at the BOKU. Besides that he is going rock-climbing twice a week, preferably outdoors and organizes music festivals in Munich.
Sama, 24, studies Global Studies at the main university. Besides that she loves languages and music.
and Kamal, 28, is a professional Hairdresser and studies Philosophy
Since we are usually a 6-person-flat-share we really don't want to be together only for the purpose of low rent, but rather to be a community. We try to cook together, go climbing, or for a drink etc.
