Die typische Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern besteht aus zwei Einzelnzimmer, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einer komplett ausgerüsteten Küche, einem großen Badezimmer mit separatem WC und einem Flur.
Die Miete beträgt 380 Euro inkl. BK, Strom und Gas, Internet. Kaution 1145 Euro + Möbelablöse (nach Vereinbarung).
Möbeln können abgelöst werden, aber es ist kein muss.

This is a typical old vienniese apartment with high ceilings and large windows and has of two single rooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with separate toilet and a hallway.
The rent is 380 euros incl. BK, electricity and gas, internet. Deposit 1145 euros.
Some furniture can be bought, but it is not a must.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer strategischen Lage, ruhig und gut verbindet, genau zwischen dem Wiener Wald und den Inneren Bezirke. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen (43,N43,10A) sind nur in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen und da kann man sehr schnell uberall hinfahren, perfekt auch für BOKU und Hauptuni-Studenten.
Die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut: Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Apoteke und Bancomaten sind gleich um
die Ecke.

The apartment is located in a strategic area: just between the green hills of the Wiener Wald and the city center, that is perfect if you like open air activities like jogging, biking or sunbathing in the parks.
Furthermore all local supplies you’ll need are just around the corner, such as bakeries, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, pharmacy and ATMs.
Thanks to the viennese public transport lines, the area is well connected with the rest of the city. The tram 43, the night bus N43 and the bus 10A are stopping just one minute walk from here and they can take you easily to the city center or to the metro stations U2 (Schottentor), U6 (Alserstrasse) and U3 (Johnstrasse).
Über die Mitbewohnerin: du könntest mit mir, Melania (29, Architektin) zusammenwohnen.
In der Wohnung erwartet dich eine sehr entspannte, unkomplizierten und offene Atmosphäre. Ich arbeite vollzeit und bin sehr oft unterwegs, aber ich freue mich zu Hause zu sein und in der Küche eine Tasse Kaffe, bzw ein gemütlicher Glass Wein mit den Freunden zu trinken.

The atmosphere here is very relaxed and uncomplicated. I am working full-time and I am barely home, but when I am in the apartment, I love to chill around the house, with a cup of coffee/glass of wine and some friends coming over.
